  We spent one week at this lovely house just down the road from the beach. It is a beautiful home that you feel comfortable in as soon as you open the door. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. It is extremely kid friendly with several gates on the decking as well as the backyard. The house is filled with everything one would need for a stay, including a pack and play and highchair. It is on a quiet block and central to many stores, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. Two families with 5 children total fit very comfortably in this home. THANK YOU!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We had such a perfect week at your beach home!! The house was great, and the new furniture was gorgeous.The house had every amenity we could have wanted and was super convenient to the beach. We especially loved the outside shower, like you said we never used the inside ones! The week went way to fast for all of us, and no one wanted to leave! We also wanted to thank you for making this whole process such a pleasure, from our initial conversation, to the restaurant and shopping recommendations, it truly was easy, and a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you again for everything and we hope to make a return trip to your beautiful beach escape next year!

  A long overdue thank you for a wonderful October weekend at the beach! Thank you for opening your home to my friends and I for our annual "ladies weekend" away. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful accomodations and the house was so well equipped we lacked for nothing. The weather was absolutely fabulous and a wonderful time was had by all. Thank you so much again, and we hope to return next year!

  We had an absolutely wonderful week in your beach home. We can't begin to thank you enough. The house was great, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The location was perfect, and we were fortunate to have bright sunny days and warm ocean waters! Nobody wanted to go home, and we are already looking forward to next year! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

  This house is perfect, perfect, perfect and we hated to leave! The house was immaculate, roomy, comfortable, beachy (the decorations and bedding are adorable) and has all the amenities you need (including new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen). The outdoor shower is a refreshing way to end a relaxing day on the beautiful beach (which was never crowded) and it's super close to great restaurants, ice cream places, etc. We will definitely be staying at the Second Wind again next year and are already looking forward to our return. Our only complaint was that we had to leave!

  Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The house was in a perfect location, and had a great set up for our family. We loved the outside shower after a long day on the beach! Thanks for the restaurant recommendations as well, we enjoyed our adults only night out!! Our two weeks weren't long enough, and we look forward to returning next year. Thanks again for everything, we had a fabulous time.

  We could not have asked for a better week on Long Beach Island! The house is beautiful, and truly felt like our home away from home. The location is great, the beach and bay were beautiful and my kids didn't want to leave! Will definately return next year, thanks again!
