Review #4872032 A Most Enjoyable Stay This house in Lee was perfect for 8 of us--three kids (ages 6 and 8) and 5 adults for three nights in late December It is attractive, comfortable, spotlessly clean--and we had plenty of room. Although the owner could not provide us with snow (we had hoped to use the toboggans in the garage), she did everything she could to make our stay a pleasure and was wonderfully responsive to our questions. Furthermore, in the house she provided excellent resources for things to do in the area. We highly recommend the Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield for kids (a little pricey but we thought well worth the money); and there are some great places to eat in Lee (we especially liked the Cakewalk Bakery and Cafe).

My partner and I flew in from the west coast to stay at this home with family in the vaccinity for a reunion and birthday party. Listing is accurate and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking to have a large gathering. Nine people slept there, and sixteen attended the party. We had a great time. We didn't go to any restaurants or attractions while there. We brought in food from grocery stores and cooked at the home. Note: it is not wheel chair friendly.

This pristine, beautifully maintained, fully stocked and spacious house accomodated 5 adults and 4 small children perfectly for our winter getaway! The highlight of everyone's week was by far sleddding down the hill on the side of the house on the toboggans! Loved the jacuzzi tub, the great selection of toys and games for children and adults alike, and the family-friendly floor plan! Thank you Jewel! We are seriously considering making this our yearly winter getaway!

Great experience. The home was comfortable and well supplied with all the necessities that made our Christmas in the Berkshires an enjoyable experience. The home was clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning in the future.

This is an excellent house even with young kids. The owner was very accomodating. Close to both the towns of Lee and Lenox. Supermarket in Lee. Very close to the outlets. The house was perfect for 2 families with kids. Close to the tennis courts and the lake was beautiful, esp to view the fall foliage.

This well-equipped, clean and well-maintained house accommodated 6 adults and 2 small children easily and comfortably. The lake is beautiful. The location, near both Jacob's Pillow and Lenox/Tanglewood is ideal. Owners are a delight to deal with. We had a wonderful time.

A Perfect Spot for our Sorority Reunion

This house was exactly what we needed for our reunion. Eight sorority sisters gathered here for a long weekend in May. There was plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. The "common areas" - the kitchen, the livingroom and the porch - were wonderful places to gather together. But the bedrooms were in separate areas so the early risers didn't disturb the later ones! The house is truly FULLY equiped. There wasn't anything that we lacked. The location is great - central to all that there is to do in Lee, Lenox, Stockbridge and surrounding areas.

The house is wonderful for family reunions. There is a lot of space, and the layout of the house is perfect for families to get together. The side of the house delivered for sledding. We really enjoyed sledding down the hill. Beautiful location, close to everything.

Jewel your home is a great vacation getaway!! Location is perfect for all Berkshire attractions...Tanglewood, musuems, theater and fine restaurants. We spent a week at the house in the winter. It worked well for us, our children, their spouses and 2 babies. The house is very clean, well-equipped and very well located. Owners were terrific.

We had a great time here. The house is comfortable and fully equipped, including outdoor grill and broadband internet. Nice private lot, but good location for Tanglewood, Great Barrington, Jacobs Pillow. Owners are friendly, accomodating and easy to work with. Clean and well appointed. Good deal.

We loved it here. We've been back a couple of times already. The beach is a bonus and the house is spacious and comfy. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a country getaway.

We loved staying here! The house is clean and spacious. We loved the easy access to the beachfront, to the Appalacian trail, to the Prime Outlets, and to the Berkshire attractions. The owners are lovely and accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in the Berkershires.
