This year round Breckenridge home is available for the beautiful Colorado summers and the exceptional Colorado winters. Located just down the road from Peak Eight base in a private cul du sac, this prime location is walking distance to the shuttle stop that takes you into town, to Peak Nine, or just a minute ride to the base of Peak Eight.
This four level, three bedroom, three bath home is beautifully decorated to the mountain decor. The main level has hardwood floors throughout the living room and kitchen. The living room houses a 32 inch TV, VCR, and stereo with exceptional views of the mountains. This room also has a leather loveseat and sofa with sleeper. The fully functional kitchen has every amenity needed. A second living area with a fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, and leather sectional with pullout sleeper is just off of the kitchen. A full bathroom is also located off this on the main floor.
Just off the middle level is a sitting area/loft with double doors into the master bedroom. The master bedroom has beautifully hand-crafted aspen log furniture, queen size bed, TV, and VCR. Off of the master bedroom is a spacious five piece master bath.
The upper level contains two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The queen bedroom has a TV/VCR combo. Another full bath with a separate door to the toilet/shower is located on the upper level.
The lower level has a single car garage, entry way, washer/dryer, and coat hooks.
Outside the wrap around deck has a private hot tub, patio table and chairs, and Weber gas grill with beautiful views of the mountains.

This house was perfect! Everything is even better than the pictures - very clean and had everything we needed (except a blow dryer - I bought one and left it. Hopefully it is still there!) Jared was great to work with and we are hoping to return again. We had two families of four and there was lots of room for everyone. The two living areas were very nice so everyone could have their own space.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We just got back from our New Year vacation. The best rental we've had anywhere. This home exceeded our expectations...the location and surroundings are beautiful and convenient. Access to both alpine and cross country skiing is within walking distance; to the Nordic Center and Shuttle to bases. The home is well equipped, especially the kitchen which we were happy to use for all but one of our meals. We would love to return and explore the rest of the mountain.

We just returned from our trip and had a fabulous time. We had 3 adult couples and the house was perfect! You can't beat the location (close to town and the slopes) and the private hot tub helped soothe our aches and pains. The home is beautifully decorated with a mountain theme and the dual living areas are very comfortable. Thanks Jarred for being so accomodating! We will definitely refer to any friends visiting the area and will hopefully be back in the future!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family! It was by far one of the nicest homes we have rented through VRBO. It has all of the comforts of home and then some. We were concerned about the accessibility to the slopes with our three children (8,7,5)but it was a quick and easy walk to the shuttle stop and the second stop from the base of Peak 8.
