I just returned from a week's stay at this condo. I was a bit leary about staying somewhere with no reviews, but this was a very PLEASANT surprise. The condo is just as pictured, plenty of room for a family of 4, and was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The location is good, just a quick one block walk to the beach, pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. It's a family oriented complex, which was nice, no loud partiers to keep us up at night. I look forward to our next trip to SPI.

We stayed a week in this condo and it was great. The condo was very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook your own meals, the master bedroom has a king size bed , bathroom was extremely clean with nice clean towels. The aparment looks just you see it in the pictures, very nice furnished and clean and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Owners are very nice and helpful and available anytime you need them. We had a wonderful time and I would recomend this condo to any of my friends. It was great.

The owner provided a beautiful 1 bedroom condo at a reasonable rent for 6 years. This condo was recently renovated and offers a totally remodeled interior and high end finishes and furnishings.
Ability to stay at Surfside is based on tenant following rules of the HOA Home owners assoc. no under age people under 25 are allowed without the parent occupying the same condo tenant will forfeit deposit & rents if rules are not adhered to; no outside unregistar in condo day & or night guests allowed; 25yr or parent must be present at check or forfiet all rents & deposit;

Very inexpensive stay but elegant furnishing the King carved cherry bed was beautiful and the granite in the kitchen countertops was a great embellishment very pleasant stay with the hot tub and pool out the front door.
