Our home is located on a 720 acre gated community of Corte Bella, adjacent to Sun City West. It is Del Webb’s first active adult Country Club. A country club without the stuffy feeling of a country club.
Our home is elegantly furnished San Marco with front courtyard and features 1904 square feet in the main house (2 bedroom, 2 bath plus den) and an additional 250 square feet in the adjoining CASITA. The home has UPGRADES GALORE including Granite Counter tops, GE Profile Stainless steel appliances, Designer Cabinets, and Plantation shutters throughout.
The front court yard is equipped with a gas grill (BBQ), patio table and chairs, and a FIREPIT. You will enjoy entertaining and relaxing outside in the beautiful weather. The back patio has a built in Gas Barbecue!
The large great room is furnished with matching leather sofas, coffee and end table, entertainment center, large color TV, CD, and DVD player. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a new high top table with six chairs.
The kitchen is furnished with GE Profile Stainless steel appliances, stainless steel sink and faucet, Oak kitchen cabinets with under the cabinet lighting, Granite countertops and dishes, pots, pans, whatever you need to perform your culinary duties.
The luxurious master suite has a garden tub and separate shower with a make-up vanity and an oversize walk-in closet! The master suite is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, two night stands, and a large dresser, all in dark woods and wrought iron. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The den is furnished with a matching sofa and love seat, comfy chair, coffee and end table, entertainment center, large color TV, CD, and DVD player.
All utilities are provided including electric, gas, water/sewer, garbage, basic cable TV and local telephone service. All cooking utensils, bedroom and bath linens are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer with an ironing board and iron. The two car garage includes an automatic garage door opener and direct entry into the laundry room.
Sorry - no pets or smoking allowed. This is an adult community - at least one renter needs to be 55 years of age.
