$1000 non-refundable fee due 1 month prior to check-in. Applied to total rental
Balance of rental fee,$500 security deposit & $100 cleaning fee due at check-in
$75.00 electricity allowance. Renter pays any overage above $75per month.
Optional $200 per month rental of boat lift and private dock
All or part of Sec. dep. will be returned upon inspection by owner after checkout.

Sunbathe.. swim.. watch boats launch, or the dolphins swim by. Go fishing and or watch fishermen catch a wide variety of sea life on the beautiful 220 foot long pier. Very good outdoor restaurant at the start of the pier as well.
Upscale resort, beautiful boats, great restaurants and shopping, live outdoor music weekly. Farmers market on weekends (in season)
Nice quiet public park on the Caloosahatchee River. Picnic tables, rest rooms. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Beautiful beaches. Fishing pier, miles of hiking and bike paths. Great location for seeing dolphin and finding beautiful shells.
Newly expanded beach with perfect powder white sand. Great restaurants, seadoo rentals, etc. Fishing pier and tons of shopping.
