A very clean and well decorated condo. The morning view of the sunrise is breathtaking. If you want to fish....just walk out the back door and there they are! Everyone meets at 5PM for happy hour in the dock Tlki Hut.....meet the other residents quickly. A real treat!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

$2200/month. November-April. May-Oct. $1700/mth, Two month minimum stay. $500 non-refundable booking fee due for reservation. Applied to total rental fee. $1000 non-refundable fee due 1 month prior to check-in. Applied to total rental Balance of rental fee,$500 security deposit & $100 cleaning fee due at check-in $75.00 electricity allowance. Renter pays any overage above $75per month. Optional $200 per month rental of boat lift and private dock All or part of Sec. dep. will be returned upon inspection by owner after checkout. Florida 11% Hotel tax
