Hello, and welcome to the most beautiful beach in the Americas. As in all real estate, it is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We think you will enjoy spending your time in this little corner of the world and experience the gentle waves of the Northern Gulf. Destin was for many years a well-kept secret, known mostly to fishermen (and a few traveling musicians). Now Destin welcomes you.
From red snapper to king mackerel, trigger fish and dolphin, sea life abounds in the deep-water found only a short distance off shore. From your balcony or the beach you will sometimes see groups of dolphin swim by chasing and playing with the many chartered fishing boats that ply these warm waters.
What is your favorite activity while on vacation? If it is golf, there are many beautiful courses nearby, bicycling around Holiday Isle is relaxing, shopping at one of the largest factory outlet malls in the country is right down the road. Fine dining is very close and great places where the locals eat are within walking distance of your newfound home.
We love Shoreline Towers in Destin and we are sure you will too. Of course, we are a little prejudiced, but we think our condominium is one of the finest. Situated on the eleventh floor, the view is the best you can get in a two- or three-bedroom unit. All the units at Shoreline are large, 1430 square feet, and offer exceptional open floor plans... BUT tower three offers a little bit more. We of course have a wonderful view of the gulf, we ALSO have a breathtaking view to the northwest. At night my favorite place to unwind is outside our FRONT door, looking over the beautiful Destin harbor, and the lights from the boats and restaurants along the shore. I also like to watch the small airplanes take off and land at the Destin airport only a mile or so away (you could even call the airport and arrange for an introductory flight lesson!). We have every amenity one would expect at a great resort and we are close to all the touristy stuff like miniature golf, beach stores, and really cool go-carts.
You will find our condominium extremely clean and well equipped. If you want to prepare a snack or a special family dinner, everything you will need is right here. And if you would just like to spend some time reading or you want some privacy, you will find our condominiums quiet and comfortable enough to kind of get away from everybody else.
We use Star Realty which is located right on the property so you have a local connection if you have any questions. I am sure you will find Shoreline Towers in general and unit 3114 in particular a very fine place to enjoy your most valuable, irreplaceable asset, your time.
