You begin your tour looking through the entrance of the property and then up the front of the 15 story building. You can see our unit on the sixth floor right above the second palm on the right.
We have the whole end of the sixth floor! Then you move down to the relaxing Lanai facing the grassy lounging area and the blue ocean.
Looking left you’ll see the best sandy “swimming hole” and quiet beaches with the greatest south facing surf on the island.
Looking right you’ll see a nice private beach and the point which includes the Elk’s Club and the Outrigger Canoe Club. No cement city stuff here! We added views from the tenth floor to further realize the property’s location.
Standing on the right point by the Elk’s Club you can look back and see the main Waikiki Beach with the famous pink Royal Hawaiian and the Sheraton straight ahead.
You can walk through beautiful parks to Duke’s for cocktails at the center of the action in Waikiki in 10-15 minutes while passing the War Memorial, Honolulu Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo.
A few doors down from the condo is the renowned “W” Hotel with the “hottest” night club in Waikiki. The Honolulu Shell venue for major concerts sits directly in front of the condo’s lanai! You can buy a ticket or just sit on the lanai and listen!
The Diamond Head Beach Hotel & Residences is a 15 story, 62 unit property directly on the breakwater on the Gold Coast of Waikiki.
The condo is the complete end-unit of the 6th floor overlooking Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park. No trash trucks, crazy tourists or late night discos are going to disturb you like the main city hotels and condos.
The condo is a one bedroom studio with a kitchen nook, fully furnished with linens and towels, telephones, 24 inch flat color TV with cable, DVD and VHS, stereo and CD’s, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, locking safe, cups and plates, coffee maker and last, but not least, a wine opener.
There are laundry services downstairs for extended stays.
A mini-market for almost all your needs is available just a few minutes walk past the Outrigger Canoe Club. Otherwise, Honolulu has plenty to offer in the best restaurants and clubs, not to mention the shopping.
Hop in a car, scooter or buggy and travel around the island to awesome beaches and gorgeous tropical sites. Don’t forget to have some fresh caught shrimp at the shrimp farms before you get to North Shore and the “Big” surf.
