Do you love Films and Rock music? Congratulations! You’ve discovered one of the most unusual luxury vacation homes anywhere. Our theme is "The American Dream" and we've tastefully decorated to celebrate our favourite icons, from Heroes of Rock 'n Roll to Hollywood Stars. 7 bedrooms (sleeps 16) 4.5 bathrooms, South facing (sunny all day) with private Heated Pool and Jacuzzi, at the award winning Emerald Island Gated Resort, Kissimmee.
We're a convenient 5 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from the main airport and a short hop from most of the famous Theme Parks and numerous Golf courses - you couldn't be better located! Our home is perfect for the larger family or smaller groups of families and friends sharing, and you'll love the unique Rock 'n Roll / Hollywood fun “vibe”
With over 4,200 square feet (including extended deck) and plenty of loungers and shades for sun worshippers, we've put TVs and DVDs in all the bedrooms. We have Full Air Conditioning, including the Games room where children of all ages will enjoy Air Hockey, Foosball, Table Tennis, PS2 etc. Take full advantage of free International calls to phone home and tell your friends what a great time you’re having! We have Cable TV, a vast open plan Family Room with 55" TV, DVD and Surround Sound (sounds awesome!) plus a library of over 100 DVD and Blu-Ray discs. Free Internet Broadband too – just bring your WiFi enabled laptop.
All linen and towels are provided and in the Laundry room you’ll find a Washer, Dryer, Hair Dryers and Ironing facilities. Each bedroom has it’s own unique theme, and includes two private Master en-suites with their own 40” Flatscreen Internet TV so you can surf the net from the comfort of your own bed – very cool!

And for our youngest guests we have 2 Strollers, 2 Highchairs, 2 Portable Cribs, stair safety gates, intercom and patio door Pool safety alarms.
You'll love the extensively equipped Kitchen with its' own intimate Nook area (which usually turns into a social gathering place as well as an eating area) where you can watch the underwater pool light at night – Magical!
Dine in style in the formal Dining area, eat "al fresco" round the Pool or just enjoy a well earned glass of wine in the heated Jacuzzi at midnight while you plan the next days’ outings. And after all the excitement of the day if you prefer some peace and quiet, just head for the privacy of the cosy lounge at the front of the house, away from all the action. You'll find amazing original portraits, a unique mural, fascinating pictures and incredible giant sculptures throughout the home.
Finally, we’re pleased to say that our low season rates apply for a full 8 months of the year - basically all the time except for Summer, Xmas / New Year, Easter & Thanksgiving!

The house itself was great, but much smaller than the pictures and videos led us to believe. We've rented houses before that had rules but for this home there were signs over everything. We were afraid to touch anything for fear we would have to pay extra. The pots and pans were burnt and we were not aware that we had to pay extra to use the barbeque grill. Our kids were excited about the bunk bed room until they saw it. There was barely enough clearance for the door to open and no room at all for their things. When we decided to rent the house we were under the impression there were game systems for the teenagers with us. That however was not the case. So although the home was very nice we were very disappointed with our stay. I wouldn't recommend spending this much money to rent it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We're very concerned that our home didn't live up to your expectations and would like to address the points you raised: We're delighted to hear that you thought the home is very nice but surprised that you thought it smaller than anticipated. As well as all the photos on our website, the video offers many full length shots of the rooms in perspective and we also offer a "360 virtual tour" of every room, so you can see everything in detail. Guests who stayed a couple of weeks before you did left an online comment saying "The photos and description were completely accurate" We display a few necessary notices (eg : about Pool safety, Management company contact details, etc) for the benefit of our guests and which most people find useful, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify that there is nothing extra that guests have to pay for. We want everyone to be comfortable, relaxed and stay safe! We're very sorry to hear that you found some burnt pots and pans as that clearly shouldn't happen, and we'll investigate this fully. We try very hard to keep everything perfect but occasionally things can go wrong, and if so we rely on guests to call our Management company so any issues can be dealt with immediately. As you didn't contact them, they were unaware of this. The storage area in the bunk bed room consists of a full length floor to ceiling built in cupboard which occupies about half the width of the wall. We strive to keep all our guests happy and satisfied, and go to great lengths to make sure that all the information about our facilities are as accurate as possible. Like many other rental homes we offer some optional paid for extras like pool / spa heat and BBQ hire, which we make clear on the websites and in our booking details. We're glad that in spite of the points you raise you still thought the house itself was great. As you will remember from the many emails we exchanged prior to your arrival, we try very hard to accomodate all our guests requirements and to help them with any unexpected problems they may have. My husband and I were looking forward to taking a vacation to Orlando with our children, grandchildren and my sibling and her family. There were 14 of us - 8 adults and 6 children. I was excited to be renting the Hollywood Rock N Roll Themed home but was also leary as many times the pictures that you see are not what you are necessarily getting. Needless to say, this home was everything (and more) that we expected. There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded, even while watching TV in the family room. The pool and spa were well taken care of and we spent alot of time in them. The photos and description were completely accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owners, Mark and Debbie, were great to work with. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a larger place. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your wonderful home - you allowed us to create many wonderful memories with our children and grandchildren!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I gave our family a one week vaction in Disney for our retirement. Everyone had a wonderful time!! Six adults and 5 children, ages 6 and under, thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orlando, thanks to the Rock and Roll house! We all arrived at Disney for four mornings as the park opened (after a quick 15 minute drive from the house), and the children were excited to get back to the house in the afternoon for a swim in the heated pool! We were able to prepare meals at the house and fit all 11 of us around the table to share food and memories. The house was perfect for adults and children, with a bedroom to spare!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Everything about the house was exactly as described. We had 13 total in our party - from 4 different states - and we were easily accommodated. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - the game room. It was a great place to be able to come "home" to after all the fun days at the theme parks. This trip was planned for my 80 year old dad as a bucket list item to spend time at Disney for the holidays. We made memories for a lifetime and the house was just great! The theme of the house made it fun. The community is an awesome location with everything you could need very close by. The grounds of the community and the safety of it being gated were added benefits. Mark and Debbie were great to deal with prior to the trip and after! Everything was even better than expected. I would never hesitate to stay here again!!! Fantastic!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a fantastic time----in your home...our daughter and her husband (with there three kids) came from upper Michigan, our son and his wife (with four kids) came from Atlanta, GA. We built such great memories and your large home was just perfect for us. The large table in the Diining room was perfect for our family meals and the set up for the rooms could not have been better. The little ones enjoyed the pool and A TV in every room was a hit with the kids. We had one small problem, and that was the "Mr. Coffee" coffee maker stopped working----we called the property Manager (Iain) and I think it took him close to five mins to deliver a new one to us. Everything that the home promised was there..It was clean and organized upon our check in. The club house was great---coming and going via the guard shack was so simple..........everything is close----gas stations, restauarants, super Walmart and Disney World. Clean, quiet community. I am 5 friends came from across the country to spend a week at the house. It was clean, had everything we expected it to, and even got our security deposit back immediately after leaving! There were 6 of us and we left one bedroom empty. It was plenty big. When we had any concerns- the management company was very prompt in responding. Great location close to everything one could possibly need from grocery stores to good restaurants (especially The Outback!) and fast food. Disneyworld is easy to find from this location as are other theme parks such as Universal Studios. The house is perfect for families and the pool area awesome. We were delighted with our experience in this house! The location was perfect for our "park hopping," and it was a treat to have enough space for the entire family. The house exceeded our expectations; there were many unexpected amenities. Stayed at the house for a family vacation/reunion. We had four families, 4 kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do both within the confines of the home and surrounding area. Location was perfect for access to the many attractions in the area. About the owner: Our “Hollywood Rock 'n Roll ” home is owned by myself, Mark Dawson and my wife Debbie, and we both live and work in London, England. I work in the Music Business and have run a recording studio for more than 30 years (hence the musical theme!) and Debbie is an Antiques Trader specialising in Teddy Bears who is also currently studying for a Law Degree. I first fell in love with America when I visited it as a teenager on a school trip, and we are very fortunate to have now realised a lifetimes’ ambition by owning our very own vacation home in Orlando.
Why the Owner Chose Orlando:
Emerald Island is a beautiful Gated Enclosure complete with Lakes and a Nature Trail, just 5 minutes from Disney and very close to the Theme Parks (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, etc) - you couldn't be in a better location. The nearby Highway 192 houses Restaurants of all types and we're located so centrally that you're right on top of just about anything you might need, from a Medieval Banquet to Wal Mart!

There are many beautiful houses in Orlando but we wanted to try and create a themed home with a difference. We chose a "Hollywood / Rock 'n Roll" theme because it's unusual, it's luxurious and most of, it's a lot of fun! We have tastefully decorated with amazing giant sculptures, original paintings and rock 'n roll memorabilia - It's a most unusual home!
