Great time at the Hollywood Rock'n Roll Home

We had a fantastic time----in your home...our daughter and her husband (with there three kids) came from upper Michigan, our son and his wife (with four kids) came from Atlanta, GA. We built such great memories and your large home was just perfect for us. The large table in the Diining room was perfect for our family meals and the set up for the rooms could not have been better. The little ones enjoyed the pool and A TV in every room was a hit with the kids. We had one small problem, and that was the "Mr. Coffee" coffee maker stopped working----we called the property Manager (Iain) and I think it took him close to five mins to deliver a new one to us. Everything that the home promised was there..It was clean and organized upon our check in. The club house was great---coming and going via the guard shack was so simple..........everything is close----gas stations, restauarants, super Walmart and Disney World. Clean, quiet community. Take it from the "Bergstrom" family--we will be back.

I am 5 friends came from across the country to spend a week at the house. It was clean, had everything we expected it to, and even got our security deposit back immediately after leaving! There were 6 of us and we left one bedroom empty. It was plenty big. When we had any concerns- the management company was very prompt in responding. The community it is located in is very nice, and very secure. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location close to everything one could possibly need from grocery stores to good restaurants (especially The Outback!) and fast food. Disneyworld is easy to find from this location as are other theme parks such as Universal Studios. The house is perfect for families and the pool area awesome. The grandkids loved the table tennis and air hockey! The owners were super friendly and very easy to deal with. The Hart family.

We were delighted with our experience in this house! The location was perfect for our "park hopping," and it was a treat to have enough space for the entire family. Stayed at the house for a family vacation/reunion. We had four families, 4 kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do both within the confines of the home and surrounding area. Location was perfect for access to the many attractions in the area. Had a GREAT TIME !!

Our recent trip to Orlando was highlighted by our stay at the Hollywood Rock ‘n Roll house. The location is ideal so If you don’t want to cook in the well-equipped kitchen, there are plenty of restaurants just a couple miles away. The property is well kept, clean and beautifully decorated. When it came time to relax we not only had the pool, hot tub and the game room, but there are also video games and a good choice of movies to choose from. It is so nice having plenty of space for everyone. The description of amenities were accurate so I knew I did not have to pack a hair dryer, stroller or a “pack n play”. Great house, Mark and Debbie, and thanks for the quick return of my deposit! This house will be our accommodations choice for all future trips to Orlando.

What they offered is exactly what we find in the house, the location was excellent and we felt very safe to be inside a condominium. The house was perfectly clean and well maintained, everything worked perfectly and the owner gave us an excellent deal. The house was everything as described. This was our 5th trip to Disney and by far the best! We loved having this spacious house for the 9 of us. The kids would come back from the Disney Parks and hit the swimming pool and then off to the game room. It's a perfect location! Thanks for renting your house to us. We enjoyed this home so much! It was very clean and well kept. The accommodations met our every need, from the well equipped kitchen to the fun-filled game room. We would very much recommend this home for a large group. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our needs and there was ample room in the downstairs areas for everyone to hang out and enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Our four-generation family found something for everyone at this wonderful, well-equipped, uniquely decorated home! The youngest generation loved the pool and hot tub! The oldest generation appreciated the ground-floor master bedroom suite with its own luxurious bathroom! The young adults appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and linen closets, the game room, and the proximity to Disney! And the second-oldest generation appreciated that everyone was so happy at such good value!

Perfect Setting For A Reunion!

Eight of us met in Orlando to celebrate our 45th High School Reunion. We graduated from an all girl Catholic school in NH and we wanted to do something special for the occassion. The house was very memorable of the era we so enjoyed plus it accomodated us beyond expectation. Never having rented through the internet I was very hesitant on booking this rental. The reviews and the correspondence with Mark and Debbie helped tremendously. The first night we arrived we had a minor problem with the smoke detectors. Without the management company being opened I was nervous that we would not receive the attention needed. Both the management company and Mark responded to my email quickly and resolved the situation. Even though the management company notified Mark that they were handling the situation, Mark continued to corresponded with me even after the situation had been rectified. The property is close to all major attractions and the pool is very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We were very pleased with the accomodations and would certainly recommend to anyone considering a stay. Mark & Debbie are very gracious hosts even though miles away.

We were thrilled with this property. The home was great for a large group! We had 16 people in the home and never felt we were on top of each other. Everything in the home was as described. Pefect place to stay for your Disney trip, only 10 minutes from the parks. The communication from Mark was perfect. Our family enjoyed this vacation greatly! Our next Disney trip will be sure to include a stay here.

Thank you for offering your lovely home for vacationers to enjoy. We had such an enjoyable time in FL. We had 10 adults and 6 kids and there really was plenty of room for all of us. We all loved to be able to jump into the pool after a long day out and about. The kids loved the game room, too! Loved that your home is so close to all the sites. It was so easy to get everywhere, from the theme parks to the grocery store.

The property was as advertised; especially spacious and designed for family enjoyment. The house was well cleaned. A short drive of 10 minutes to the Disney parking lots. We had a "pool party" one night at the main club house which was a good break for "something different". The home had its own pool, of course, which was absolutely essential for touring Disney with children in hot weather. We would be happy to stay there again and would recommend Rock and Roll to any family or group need a large, well appointed home close to Disney. Chet Griffin

Our family recently stayed at this house and had an absolutely wonderful time! The layout of the house is very spacious and we never felt crowded at all. The pool and game room were huge hits with the children and they played happily for hours on end. The house was clean and well furnished. We cooked at home and the kitchen was supplied as well as my own. Linens and towels were provided and that saved alot on packing. Planning and booking this trip was easy and very smooth. We would highly recommend this home and vacation experience.

We had such a nice stay at the rock n roll home. Being old rockers ourselves, it screamed RENT ME!!! We were on the go quite a bit, as are many in Orlando area. The home is not far from Sea World, Gatorland, even not too far to go see our Tigers in Lakeland. The easiet outing surely was going to Disney, as we were home in 10 minutes. We had 14 people share the week and it was really nice. The neighborhood is lovely and great for a morning run. Thanks for sharing your fun home with us, we hope to return. :)

Had a fantastic time. Great floor plan with lots of room for our kids and family. Garage has lots of fun for kids with air hocky++. Excellent location for Disney, and gated community was nice and well managed, and quiet. Pool was warm and a hit w/ kids too. The rock'n'roll decor was fun with the various wall art of famous people. I would return and recommend this home.

Our family and guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful home. Even though we live close by, we rented it for a "surprise" 50th birthday celebration. Our out-of-town guests were thrilled with the amenities (especially the heated pool and spa after a long day at the theme parks). The gated community was beautiful. We would definitely recommend your property. Also, having rented other VRBO properties over the years, I would like to add that it was a pleasure renting from Mark and his wife, both of whom were very friendly via phone and e-mail and quick to respond to any questions.

What a fantastic house in a great location. Our party of ten were staying in order to celebrate two 60th birthdays, two 40th birthdays, one 18th birthday, one 40th wedding anniversary and one 15th wedding anniversary ... and what a place to do it. We had an absolute ball. The close proximity to Disney was a real boon and there were so many excellent eating places within a short drive. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone without reservation and would like to think we could return some day. Many thanks to the local management team for excellent but discrete support throughout our stay.

We were thrilled with the location and accomodations at this uniquely decorated house! With traffic it is about 10 minutes from Disney. The resort was gated which eliminated security concerns. The house was spacious and comfortably met the needs of our group. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful time in the Hollywood Home. It was so beautiful and decorated with great flare and fun. All 13 people slept very comfortably and we never felt crowded. We felt safe in an guarded resort. The location to Disney was wonderful. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the play room so much. Really having this home to stay in was the icing on our trip to Diseny World.

We stayed in the Rock 'n' Roll house the first week of April, 2008. Two families shared the home. We had a fabulous week! The home was plenty big enough for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The teenage boys were able to have their own bedrooms and TVs, and the teenage girls chose to share a room (the diva room, of course). There were still two bedrooms left unused! We enjoyed the pool, the gameroom and watching movies on the surround sound TV. The house was in a nice location. The neighborhood was pretty and nice for a morning walk or run. It was just a short drive to each of the parks. The grocery and many restaurants were also closeby. The owners, Mark and Debbie, were very easy to work with. I was hesitant renting from someone in another country, but it really wasn't an issue. All my emails were answered immediately, and there was a manager nearby to handle any problems while we were there. The rock 'n' roll and Hollywood theme of the house was very fun. I wish we had more time to go through it all. I would definitely recommend this house as a vacation rental. (The only thing I would add would be a gas grill so the women can have a break from the cooking:)

The house is awesome. When we weren't at the parks I couldn't drag my husband away from the Beetles, Queen, Who DVDs. You truly tapped into his interest. The kids loved the game room. I was told the clubhouse was good too. We enjoyed the uniqueness of your home. We have rented a lot of homes in Florida. Yours was the best.

We rented this house with another family of four in Feb 2008 (kid's ages were 4-8). We loved it, and hope to go back again next year! The location is perfect for going to Disney and there is a supermarket nearby to buy essentials. The owners were very nice to deal with. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. We also liked the "theme" of the house. The interior and exterior of the house was well kept and clean. There is also a small playground about a block away for kids.

Family trip that included persons from 8 months to 74 years old. The house was conveniently located,very clean, had something for everyone with the spa, pool and game room. The decor was fantastic with the themed rooms. So much better than any of the other generically decorated rental homes that we have stayed in in the past. Everyone in my family thought best house ever. I hope to be able to go back there again.

We had a great time at your fantastic home. There were 6 adults and 5 kids traveling in our party and the home worked out great. The house is so close to all the Disney parks that we were able to visit a park in the AM, come home for lunch, take a nap or a swim for downtime and then go visit another park in the late afternoon. I will highly recommend your home to anyone who is traveling to Disney World and look forward to visiting again sometime in the future.

We had a great time. Your home was beautiful, location was perfect, and logistics were convenient and as advertised. I don't know when we will go back to Orlando as a group again, but I will certainly recommend your home to friends and colleagues. Everyone agreed that staying together was much more relaxing and enjoyable than staying in individual hotel rooms. The coffee maker did not work when we arrived, but the property manager showed up promptly with a new unit. Unfortunately we are back to the cold and ice again :-)

What a fantastic place! We had 16 people in our party - 11 adults and 5 children. Every bedroom was full. And we still had plenty of room. The house was a comfortable haven after a busy day at the Disney Theme Parks. It had everything we needed and more. The children loved the game room. The teenagers loved the video games and DVD's on hand. We all loved the pool and especially the jacuzzi after a long day of walking at Disney. Everything was close by - shopping, restaurants, grocery store. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mark and Debbie. I will highly recommend this place to all our friends. The house exceeded my expectations and was as nice if not nicer than the online pictures. There were 13 of us, including 7 grandchildren ages 4 to 10 and we never felt crowded. The pool was great and used every day. Disney World was close enough(15 minutes depending on traffic) to allow us to leave the park and return later in the day. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping were all only minutes away.
