Banyan Tree is a small, 20-unit condominium situated adjacent to Banyan's Surfing Beach, a superb surfing spot. This intimate complex has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, a complimentary covered parking garage, and an elevator. There is a convenience store directly across the street from the condominium.
Because this is a corner condominium with extra windows and a larger lanai, it is light, bright, and airy. The spacious living room and dining area opens onto the lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer in the condominium.
We are conveniently located on Alii Drive, Kona's oceanfront drive, about three miles south of Kailua Village and three miles north of the Keauhou Resort Area with a world-class snorkeling beach, two championship 18-hole golf courses, hotels, restaurants, and the Keauhou Shopping Village.
The Big Island of Hawaii is great to explore from the peak of Mauna Kea at over 13,000 feet to the erupting volcano at Hawaii Volcano National Park to the waterfalls of the Hamakua Coast and the botanical gardens of Hilo.
