This new, bright, well-appointed home sits on half acre with a mountain view and lovely garden areas featuring an abundance of trees and plants. Watch deer out the windows. Minutes from downtown by car or on foot. Private, quiet, family-friendly home with wonderful chef's kitchen. Have your dinner on the patio overlooking the gardens complete with patio furniture and a barbecue or dine in the formal dining room with linens. Unwind and relax with a good book by the outside gas firepit or soak in our new hot tub.
Three bedrooms. The large master bedroom (situated on the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms) has a king size bed. It has a private bath with a step in shower with seats for the elderly or disabled. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds.
You will fall asleep instantly in the wonderful beds with top quality sheets. The only sounds you hear are the birds in the morning.
Enjoy the brand new 6 person hot tub right outside the sliding glass doors in a very private area.

Why the Owner Chose Sequim
We chose to buy a vacation rental in Sequim because we absolutely love the area. Being a lifelong Alaskan, I love the mountains and water. Kevin was a farmer at one time, so he connects with the farms as well as the mountains and water. The golf courses are a HUGE attraction to him as well. One of the first things we noticed on our first trip to Sequim was how friendly the locals are. You will feel right at home in Sequim.
Olympic Discovery Trail goes all the way to Port Angeles. Great hiking or biking.

Kevin and Vicki McCormack live in Alaska and will be retiring to Sequim some day. Kevin is a Xerox technician and Vicki owns an accounting business in Alaska. Kevin is from New Hampshire and has lived in Alaska for over 20 years. Vicki is a 4th generation Alaskan. We love Alaska, but the winters are hard. We are hoping to be what we call "snow birds". That means flying outside when it gets cold. We are so blessed to have two homes!
