This new, bright, well-appointed home sits on half acre with a mountain view and lovely garden areas featuring an abundance of trees and plants. Watch deer out the windows. Minutes from downtown by car or on foot. Private, quiet, family-friendly home with wonderful chef's kitchen. Have your dinner on the patio overlooking the gardens complete with patio furniture and a barbecue or dine in the formal dining room with linens. Unwind and relax with a good book by the outside gas firepit or soak in our new hot tub.

Three bedrooms. The large master bedroom (situated on the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms) has a king size bed. It has a private bath with a step in shower with seats for the elderly or disabled. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds.

You will fall asleep instantly in the wonderful beds with top quality sheets. The only sounds you hear are the birds in the morning.

Enjoy the brand new 6 person hot tub right outside the sliding glass doors in a very private area.

Property manager close by. Come visit the Washington coast in a town where there is little rain fall.

During the festival most farms offer a selection of food and beverages along with some great entertainment on site. In town you'll find a large street fair.

-IRRIGATION FESTIVAL in May. This local festival features a well populated street market, carnival, parade and logging events.

  • We stayed at this lovely home in July of 2008. It was impeccable. The home was clean, spacious and stocked with every available ammenity imaginable. It was a very short drive into the town of Sequim which was convenient if we needed anything. We cooked in the spacious kitchen while my sons soaked away in the hot tub. The fire pit was cozy on the chilly evenings and we enjoyed the comfortable beds after visiting Dungeness Spit, Port Angeles and Graymarsh strawberry farm. Enjoying the view at Hurricane Ridge and rafting down the Hoh River, a little past Forks, were also a plus as we came back to this comfortable "home base." I'd definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting to stay in the Sequim or surrounding area.

  • I stayed here for a month in January 2008. This was a wonderful house to rent, very comfortable and perfectly maintained. The location was both quiet and yet handy for town. Deer in the back yard in the morning! The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything I needed and more. Unfortunately, I was working most of the time, but I appreciated the office desk, good lighting and perfect Internet connection.

  • Only stayed 2 nites but wish it were more. Didn't have chance to use fire pit or hot tub but place was very tidy and clean inside and out. Yard is beautiful and nice neighborhood. Well stocked cabinets in case you forgot a spice, etc. Close to highway to get to Port Angeles and Victoria. Would definitely recommend it and hope we can come back and stay longer. Realtor's recommendation for dinner at marina was excellent.

  • I got the pleasure to stay at this very nice home, in this very nice city from 5/16-5/23. I brought my mom, dad, aunt and friend with me. There was plenty of room for all of us. The jacuzzi, fire pit and gas grill got used nightly, very relaxing place to sit. The sheets, towels and kitchen accessories were top of the line. The house was very clean and comfortable. We are anxious to visit this area again and hope to stay in the same house.

  • Our party of 5 truly enjoyed this wonderful home. There is room galore inside and beautifully landscaped grounds outside. We cooked every meal here each night. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to create your own gourmet meals. The local oysters were best BBQ'd on the gas grill. The master suite is very well appointed and if you have to choose who gets it... do whatever it takes to make this your home away from home.

  • This was a beautiful brand new home with top of the line everything! There was even a firepit with chairs all around. It was close to Sequim (a nice walk if you are up to it). The flowers were just coming up and it was obvious taht there was a gardener taking care ot if. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. You can't go wrong with this property. Sequim is a delightful city with a bike trail all the way to Port Angeles. The shops and restaurants were wonderful too. And the best of all - it rarely rains in Sequim due to the weather patterns.

    What a wonderful house. Brand new and gorgeous. It was spotless when we arrived and we were instantly comfortable. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with lovely homes all around. The air smelled so fresh! The setup was fantastic for 2 couples or a family as the master bedroom is on one end of the house and the other two bedrooms and bath is on the other end. There was a very large step in shower with a seat for my elderly mother. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were scrumptuous! Couldn't have been more perfect.
