Married my high school sweetheart more than 27 years ago. We have recently become empty nesters with our youngest of 3 completing her Senior year of college.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southeast
My wife and I are boaters and Cape Coral is the perfect boating community for us to enjoy our spare time. With access to the Gulf of Mexico we can take our boat to the many islands and beaches nearby. From Sanibel and Captiva Islands, to Fort Myers beach and Naples all the way down to Key West. Can't beat it for local attractions.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We find that the quiet street with very little passing traffic and the quiet neighborhood makes for a very pleasant and peaceful place to relax and recharge our batteries!
