Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen with large bar and reverse osmosis water; a large dining area; an enormous great room; a laundry area with washer and dryer; ceiling fans in all rooms and porches; air-conditioning, stereo, DVD and VCR in great room; TVs with cable in all bedrooms; a screened porch and a covered porch; outdoor hot/cold shower.
