This NON-SMOKING Condominium is one of the larger end units on the GROUND FLOOR at the rear of Building One. For your total comfort, we have air conditioners and ceiling fans in the living room AND the bedroom!
Our kitchen is well equipped! Create a delicious island beverage with our blender, or use the electric grinder to grind some Hawaiian coffee beans for your morning cup of coffee. Then step outside and enjoy the spacious lanai with its beautiful red hibiscus hedge.
A beautiful sandy beach (Charley Young Beach/Kamaole Beach I) is just a short walk across the street! We have provided over-sized beach towels, beach chairs,umbrellas, and a cooler for your use. Play tennis on one of the six courts or swim in one of the three pools on property. Maybe you would like to book a boat ride, a luau, a snorkeling trip, or some other activity at the Activities Desk just steps from your door. In the evening, relax and watch a DVD, read a good book, or listen to a Hawaiian music CD from our in-house collection. And we have just added FREE wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) and FREE unlimited long distance telephone service to the U. S. mainland and Canada. Enjoy!

Hawaii is a magical place. We love the sun and the water, but don't want the crowds of Waikiki. We vacationed in Maui at the Maui Vista Resort for 10 years before we actually bought our place. Whether we just want to walk across the street and stay at the beach all day, or take a car and go sightseeing, Maui has it all. This is the place we come to RELAX and let the stresses of work wash away in the gentle waves of Charley Young Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is the perfect size for vacation, with all the amenities you need including an in unit washer and dryer. You can pack light and yet have everything you need! A beautiful beach is just across the street. Go over in the morning; come back to the unit for lunch; go back over for a beautiful sunset! Tennis courts, pools, and gas BBQ grills are on property! We are walking distance to grocery stores, open markets, restaurants and bars. You don't even need a car here if you don't want one! It's the PERFECT vacation!

We just returned from 12 wonderful days on Maui and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The condo was very well equipped and we appreciated having beach chairs, towels and cooler for our daily trips to Maui's beautiful beaches. The location was great and within easy distance to restaurants, grocery stores and most sights on Maui. Thank you Tom for the personal touches (welcome basket and phone call).

My daughter and I spent a wonderful 10 days at the Maui Vista. The condo had all of the right fixings and the welcome basket was very thoughtful. 1 block away from a fantastic beach and right on the main drag in Kihei for easy access to shopping and fun (especially the gelato place ;-)). If you are looking for a comfortable and simple place to stay in Maui, I would highly recommend this property.

Our 2nd time here was just as nice as the first. Felt like coming home walking through the door. Location is just great - love walking across the street to the awesome Charley Young beach - such a great place to hang out and watch for whales in the distance. The condo is fully stocked with everything and anything you'd need. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their home. Great condo, great location - you cannot go wrong by staying in this unit.

This condo was such a pleasant surprise! I have been to Maui numerous times but have never stayed in a condo and this was such a treat! This unit was steps away from pools, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The condo was very clean and I would highly recommend renting this exact unit for future trips.

Pictures can be deceiving! But NOT in this case...This condo is truly a home away from home. It is tastefully decorated and immaculate. A nice feature is that the owner's provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your use. This a great bonus since the airlines now charge for checked baggage so you don't have to pack those bulky beach towels. The location is convenient; close to the airport, shopping & great beaches. You can walk to many local restaurants and shops. We also took advantage of the on site concierge service when booking a luau. We will definitely be back and would recommend this to property our friends and family.

We enjoyed two weeks in November in Maui and at your Condo. It had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect and we loved Charley Young Beach(especially our 4 year old) right across the street. It is always a pleasure to get what has been advertised or offered, especially when it comes to accommodations. Tom and John's condo at the Maui Vista lived up to it's billing. Clean, and stylishly furnished, it provided the home away from home atmosphere we sought while being on vacation. We just returned from 2 weeks at the condo and are already plotting when we can return. The condo was beautifully kept - just like the photos and was well stocked with everything we needed - beach gear, kitchen gear, etc. Great stock of "to-do" brochures as well as a welcome basket. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient. We will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation get away in Maui.

Mahalo Much Tom and John for letting my sister and I enjoy your beautiful piece of Paradise. Even if it was only four short days (6/7/09 to 6/11/09)it was still simply relaxing, comfortable, and most convenient. What a pleasure it was for your surprising selection of "goodies" we thoroughly enjoyed. The decor is absolutely fabulous - a bit of Hawaiiana and pictures of oh so familiar faces. Hope to spend a much longer period the next time.
