Awesome newer home with a view like no other adjacent to the World Famous La Quinta Resort and Spa. This is a small quiet community of million dollar homes that is highly sought after. The home commands spectacular views of the South mountains, and has excellent sun exposure throughout the day. This home is bright and cheerful! The view of the course is seen as you walk throughout the home, a setting that is difficult to describe!
CLEAN and Highly upgraded with granite and stone. This is not your typical rental home as it has been professionally decorated, incorporating custom flooring, and paint throughout. Furnishings, mattresses, linens are upgraded. Ceiling fans are installed in every room. Surround sound in Great Room,master bedroom and the pool area.There is a private pool and spa with an incredible view of the course and the mountains. The view of the water hole/course are seen from all but one room in the home! Granite countertops, dual fireplaces, and state of the art appliances. The Great Room has a sunken bar area with wine refrigerator and all that you need to mix and serve drinks. The Great Room is a large area where your whole family or group may gather comfortably.
The impressive master suite and guest bedroom in the main section of the home are ideal for two couples while the guest 'Casita' with two separate rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room in the main house has a king size bed, and the Casita rooms have 2 Queen beds. The home has 2 single bed rollaways as well. This home has lots of room to spread out.
Separate Casita is an ideal place for another couple, children or grandparents! Courtyard gate at entrance may be locked for total privacy.(nobody enters or leaves while locked) Security alarms on slider doors to keep children from escaping without warning. Upgraded furnishings and bedding.
Ideal location! Very near to many of the finest restaurants in the area. Costco, Trade Joe's, Henry's, Wallmart and several grocery stores nearby. Old Town La Quinta just a mile away.

I really recommend this executive property. Reality is much better than the picture dispalyed on this site. The view on the golf course, the breathtaking par 3, combined with the mountainview is quite unique and unreal... We were a foursome where each of us had our own room with plenty of space to ensure intimity. Finally the owner is very easy to deal with... A very stong recommendation...
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Great place! The pictures don’t do it justice..much more fabulous!The owner could not have been more helpful and attentive, plus she has a great property manager nearby if needed. The house is lovely with fabulous views..we had 7 family members and plenty of room and space for all... loved hanging in the back near the grill with cocktails and the pool and the VIEWS!!! Great restaurants and shopping nearby..hiking at the Indian Canyons, great shopping on EL Paseo or the outlets in Morongo and my husband loved all the golf available all over the valley (can call or e-mail Standby Golf and get great rates on great courses!) I’d recommend and go back in a heartbeat to this home..beautifully decorated and well-equipped..perfect!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks and it was fabulous! Michele was available for any questions we had and she was easy to deal with. We got our security check back promptly.
