Myself and two other couples fully enjoyed a long weekend at the cabin. We were in town for a wedding held at the Grand View Lodge which was in perfect proximity to the cabin. We enjoyed sunny days on the deck, dinner around the dining room table, and even rainy mornings in the cozy living room. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was great for this. They had board games available in the house as well as outside games in the garage. The golf-cart was great for bringing out down to the cabin. The only reason I'm not giving this 5-stars is for the dock by the lake. It was still nice to sit by the lake, however the pictures are outdated. The house was fully stocked with towels and toiletries, we were impressed. The AC was a great addition to the house. Six of us stayed for the weekend and we had plenty of room. I would stay here again!

We had a very nice time. The cabin had everything we needed & the golf cart was great to have. we used it everyday back & forth to the lake. and we would stay there again. we found a sand bar just to the right of the cabin to swim. and there was the beach about 5 miles away we used. but you could not swim at the cabin. it has been taken over by weeds. the olny picture that is misleadng is the beach. They had lots of great toys for the kids.

Cabin decor is lovely. We had plenty of towels and cabin was well stocked with everything we needed such as soap, shampoo, paper products, and everything else we needed. Golf cart was nice to have available - we enjoyed riding down to the lake everyday. Weather was hot and humid so we appreciated having air conditioning in the loft upstairs where we all slept. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was friendly and was in the process of putting in an air conditioning unit downstairs bedroom which will help in the summer. The basement was musty but did have a washer and dryer with all the laundry supplies available. We loved Nisswa Minnasota and plan to return next summer.
