  This home once again was great for our ladies retreat plenty of room and we had a great time. The Ladies like this house so much that we want to rent it a 3rd time this year in October 2013 and our men now are going to rent it in May 2013. This is a very nice home and we are grateful to be able rent it and enjoy its comforts. Thanks again Lebanon Christian Center Ladies

  The house was amazing it had everything we needed! It was spacious and well kept.I had a surprise 11th birthday party for my daughter! Everyone that was there was impress with everything. We are planning on making this house our only choice. Which I'm going to try to make it a yearly vacation spot. I'm just going to say it was the best experience we had!!

  Our ladies rented this home in October 2011 and it is a beautiful home and there was enough space for everyone there were 10 of us. This were clean and a great place for large groups there are 3 levels and stairs. But was fine, we even had and 82 year old with us and she did well. I would recommend this home to large groups..Thanks again for allowing us to rent your home...The Ladies from Lebanon Christian Center

  Everything was very clean. Especially roomy for the 8 of us. We had two 88-year olds with us and they managed the first set of stairs fine. We didn't have them sleep on the 3rd floor. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. There were plenty of towels, but it would have been easy to do a wash if we had run out. We really enjoyed the large table. All of the furniture was comfortable and we liked the couch blankets. I wish that I could have paid with my credit card, but I had no trouble when I paid with a check. Thanks for renting to us!

  We were shocked when we arrived to learn that this was a 3 story home, with the living area on the middle floor. It would have been nice to see something written in the description of the home, or in the included pictures. I have no idea how this home could accommodate anymore than 5 people. There were only 5 towels in the whole place. Ran out of toilet paper on day 3 and called the owner to see where they kept the extras home goods. She informed me that there was not any extra, and asked if I could buy some my self.(we did, but took the extra home with us!) If you are expecting a fully stocked kitchen, be warned! Nothing in the kitchen except straws and salt. Garbage from the previous renters left in the garage! Either this owner has no clue on how to run or rental property or she is getting ripped off BIG TIME by her cleaning company! Unfortunately we will NOT be back!

  Owner response: I am sorry that you had a hard time finding things, and that you had to go and purchase toilet paper. When people stay for 4 nights I leave 12 rolls of toilet paper which I thought would be plenty for your stay. (When you called I did say that I was sorry but that I would reimburse you for the cost). When my listing says I have a fully stocked kitchen it means, All utensils, pots & pans, dishes, and glassware. The towells were downstairs in the linen closet I leave over 18 towells, you must have not seen the linen closet. Also this is a 3 story home which I will change on my listing I didn't think that would be a problem for some as a lot of people ask me how my house is laid out. There are 3 bedrooms in my home downstairs there are 2 queen beds and upstairs there is a queen bed along with a king bed, and 3 day beds with trundles. I do have the recycling left in the garage for when the garbage man comes once a week, as I am earth friendly. I hope this clears up your concerns, I am sorry you were not happy in my home.

  The house was beautiful, just like pictured. It is off the road which made it great for the grandchildren to be outside, no worries about traffic. We had deer come through the yard in the morning which everyone enjoyed. Nancy called and checked in when we arrived, but there were no problems so did not have to contact her throughtout stay. The beach was within walking distance as were stores, but it is an uphill climb. The weather was so beautiful. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have a great place to stay while enjoying the Oregon coast. There are two sets of stairs, which my 70 year old mother had a little problem with.
