The flat is on the third floor. In the Entrance, you enjoy a big closet. Then the kids' bedroom with 3 beds. The living room is adjoining the open kitchen (big fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine). You got a nice place to rest with a sofa (can be converted in a confortable double bed), TV and DVD. A large window let you in the first terrace (10m2) south oriented. An inside stairs takes you to the upper level. A glass door lets you in the second terrace (28m2). It's a roof and solarium terrace with a 360° view on Cannes' bay, Estérel's mountains, the small yathport, the sea and the beach. Then an other closet, a bathroom (shower) and toilets and the parents' bedroom with a double bed. Linen is provided. The cleaning at the end of your stay is inclued

Nous sommes enchantés de notre semaine à Théoule sur mer. Cette appartement ne propose pas une mais 2 magnifiques vue mer panoramique. La terrasse du salon et le toit-terasse. Bien installé sur les chaises longues, siroptez un cocktail avec la Méditerranée et les roches rouges de l'esterel sous les pieds. Sur le toit terrasse également un barbecue et une table pour de longues soirées romantiques. L'appartement est en très bon état, fraîchement rénové, 2 chambres,une salle de bain. Une grande cuisine toute équipée avec de vrais plans de travail ouverte sur le salon et la terrasse du bas. About the owner: We are a 5 persons' familly which leaves in the suburbs of Paris. Visiting my brother in Mandelieu la Napoule, we discovered the city of Théoule-sur-mer. It's a small sea front city, very nice, quiet, with reasonable buildings and in the same time just minutes away to Cannes' animations. Since then, we spend most of our holidays in Théoule-sur-mer.
Why the Owner Chose Theoule-sur-Mer (Miramar):
We were looking for a flat with a sea view, really close to the beach, a swimming pool and a parking lot for the car.
We immediately falled in love with this residence and this flat and decided to buy it in just a few days.
The sea view, the beach 2 minutes away by foot, the swimming pool let you really enjoy your holidays.
