Gorgeous Spacious Unit on the top floor with Gulf Front Views!! Open floor plan with tile through out, soothing colors through out with 10 ft ceilings. Amazing views to the east and west. Large open fully stocked kitchen with every thing you could use to cook a meal in, including extra like a crock pot! Large bar and extra sitting for 4, dining table with sitting for 6. Living area hosts a sleeper sofa, 55" Flat Screen TV/DVD player. Large sliding glass doors with an amazing view to your spacious balcony. Master hosts a king size bed, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, sliding glass door to the balcony and view of the Gulf of Mexico. Master has private walk in closet and large bathroom with double vanities. Second bedroom hosts 2 full size beds and 19" TV. Third small bedroom hosts bunk beds with 2 twin beds with a door for privacy. Second full bath off the second bedroom with access to the hallway. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Covered parking!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a puzzle, board games, and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The condo needs a update the living room furniture was very old and ugly the same bath needs a whole redo I will not rent this unit again. The supplies and kitchen very nice Master was good.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

The condo was beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It was very clean and spacious. Kim was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely love to stay here again!
