Emerald Waters is a fabulous 36-unit condominium complex overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Frangista Beach located on Old Scenic Highway 98. Million dollar homes surround the area and beach making for a wonderful and exclusive neighborhood. This unit is just steps from the beach without having to pay those on the gulf prices. It is a fourth floor unit with elevators located in the building along with handicap access.

The private beach is never crowded yet it is within walking distance to several of the great beach restaurants featuring "walk-up" bars and food stands. It is located approximately two miles from the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall, walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail and the great Theo's Pizza Pub. There are many more restaurants, shopping areas and activities near by.

The unit has two bedrooms with each having a private bath. The Gulf-Front master bedroom features a king-size bed and TV/VCR/DVD. The second bedroom has twin bunkbeds and TV/DVD/VCR. The full-size kitchen has granite countertops with an eat-in bar. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the den along with a large TV including DVD/VCR. You can walk out on to the balcony overlooking the gulf and spend your mornings with coffee taking in the breeze with a spectacular view.
