A queen size bed is in the main level bedroom and upstairs there are 2 twins in one room and a double bed in the loft creating great sleeping accomodations. All units are immaculately maintained and have cental heat and air. One large and two small chalets available for families, friends, and co-workers who want to vacation together but like the privacy of separate units. They are available year round - *rent one, two or all three.* Decks have great views of the lake and Dyer Mountain and are perfect for barbecuing. 300 ft to the lake, lawn and beach area. Boat slip and trailer parking are included at no additional charge or walk to the launch area and rent a boat or jet ski. Bailey Creek golf course is just minutes away. Located on a private road just outside the country club gate on Peninsula Drive. The Peninsula Market just down the street has hundreds of wines in many vintages. Perfect for picking up any grocery item including a great selection of gourmet foods. Many restaurants are close and convenient, don't miss taking your boat across the lake to Plumas Pines Restaurant for patio dining on the deck overlooking the lake.
