New Swimming Pool & 3 Hot Tub Complex with nice Dressing Rooms is available for your use with the pass you receive with your check-in package. The pool is located across the street at the corner where Village Road curves from heading West to 10 Mile Range to heading South to Beaver Run. Walk to NW corner of our Parking Lot and you will see Complex. Open Year Round and shared by 4 Condo Associations. PLEASE do not LOOSE the DOOR PASS you received at Check-In. ENJOY!

This condo has been newly remodeled in Southwest/Mountain decor with great soft colors and unique furniture and accents. Newer pillow-top mattress for Queen Bed, new Loveseat and upholstery for Trundle/Sofa. NICE! Double sliders to big Balcony allows lots of light and great views of the Ten Mile Range.

The kitchen has newer appliances and counter top. It's fully furnished so you can cook up a storm or phone for your "take out." The new Sony TV and DVD/CD/VCR are stored in a new "old" Southwest stand. The fireplace is now a gas enclosed unit that operates with flick of a switch - pretty easy.

The unit sleeps one to four folks comfortably. The Bedroom has a queen-size bed. In the Living Room, I have a Trundle Bed (daybed) that has two separate twin mattresses. In the daytime the Trundle is set up to be a sofa. This method allows all skiers to get a good nights rest. I have found sofa beds to be "Catcher's Mitts."

Trails End is a classy place with two interior elevators, automatic opening front and back doors (helps when your loaded with ski equipment), on site manager, and parking by permit. The new amenity area is OUTSTANDING featuring an interior huge Hot Tub with many seating levels and various jet forces for those aches and pains. Outside is another new Hot Tub to enjoy nature. There is a new sauna, two new rest rooms, and lockers if you have an early or late check in/out.

The best thing is you go out the AUTOMATIC opening doors, PUT ON your skis, go 90 yards DOWN the old Bunny Slope, and your at the new hi-speed six person chair. Located by the Maggie Pond and the Village complex, it couldn't be any easier!

Real Estate being in such a slump has given me more freedom to enjoy being Nana to my 3 Wonderful, Fabulous Grandkids.
My children were ages 2 & 6 when we purchased Unit 207 in 1972. They didn't like any Sofa Sleeper-
Who Would? Thus the Trundle Bed at night and Sofa in the Day creation.
PLEASE DO NOT STACK THE PILLOWS AGAINST THE HEATING UNITS UNDER THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS. BESIDES DAMAGING THE CUSHIONS OR PILLOWS A FIRE COULD START! THE BASEBOARD HEAT UNDER SLIDING DOORS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM IS THE ELECTRIC HEAT SOURCE.
We all love our Trails End Unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was an excellent condo. In terms of location, condition and price, it cannot be beat. The furniture was nice and the carpet looked brand new. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Colorado.

Incredible location, unit needs cleaning and renovation

Hands down, the Trails End complex has got to be one of the best locations in Breck. We've stayed there (in different units) the last couple of years, because of its ski in-ski out location. For the money, you really can't beat it. This particular unit was 'ok'. From a space standpoint, it's really small. We knew what we were getting into (as we've stayed in similar units). Our biggest gripe was that it was somewhat dated, and doesn't appear to have been maintained well. Specifically: (*) The chairs on the patio were broken (held together with duct tape) (*) The stove was dirty (Covered in grease) (*) Carpet was stained and dirty, and really ought to be replaced. (*) Under the cushions of the chair/couch held a treasure trove of nastiness (crumbs, food, etc...). (*) Bathroom (specifically, the toilet and lid) were dirty Again, all of these are easily correctable. When I advised the owner / rental agency after our trip, they were quite apologetic, and I would assume they have taken care of these issues. Also, it's important to note that the owner and rental agency were extremely polite before, during and after our stay. If you rent this unit, just go in knowing that: (*) There is not a mountain view from the condo. It faces the street. (there's no appreciable road noise) (*) It's quite small. Four people would be a tight squeeze. (*) It's got a FANTASTIC location (*) It's on the second floor, quite a distance from the elevator (*) Laundry facilities on the floor are very good (*) The were two sleds included in the unit, which out three year old appreciated (and slept in!) (*) It's a pretty quick walk to downtown. Depending on the snow, just a few minutes' walk.

Loved the location of this condo. It is a true ski in/out down to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver lift) & is also a very short walk to Main Street for shopping/dining. Building & condo are well maintained and very clean. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to your inquiry. Only thing we'd change is to add hooks on the back of the doors so you can hang up towels! We will definitely come back on our next visit to Breckenridge.

WONDERFUL PLACE

We recently stayed in this unit for a week with 3 adults and 1 toddler. It was the PERFECT setting for us to access the ski lifts, walk to town, and walking distance to plenty of activities. The room was excellent and we wouldn't ask for anything more. The property owner was wonderful to deal with and sent several emails of helpful information, that we appreciated greatly. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and when we go back, we will look it up for use again. This is the perfect unit and a great price and EXCELLENT location!

Stay with wife and two teenage daughters. Space was a little tight but the SkiIn/SkiOut location and price could not be beat! Breck may be on our list again this comming season and this will be our likely choice. enough said :-)
