Kapalua Ridge Villa 514 is located on the ground floor, one level, low density complex that is private and quiet. The views of the ocean and the surrounding areas are just magnificent. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean, the Kapalua Chapel, the sixth Fairway of the Kapalua Bay Golf Course and the Honolua Bay.
Our elegant air-conditioned one bedroom accommodation includes HIGH-SPEED wireless internet connection, two full bathrooms, living room, dining area, complete electric kitchen, laundry and two lanais. Tropical furnishings throughout our Villa were professionally put together by an interior designer. Some of the amenities include a king-size bed in the master suite, a very comfortable queen-size pull-out 6" thick sofa couch in the living area, a twin-size pillowtop Aero bed (if needed for the little one), two televisions, DVD/VCR, washer and dryer, beach towels.
The Kapalua Ridge complex has two heated swimming pools, barbecue and recreation areas for you to relax and enjoy.
Activities at Kapalua include state-of-the-art golf instruction at the Kapalua Golf Academy with the largest staff of PGA Professionals in Hawaii. Play at two championship golf courses: The Bay Course and The Plantation Course. The Kapalua Resort Shuttle offers free shuttle service anywhere in Kapalua.
The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua (which you will be able to view from our lanai) is just a short walk away. Also D.T. Fleming Beach, Honolua Bay, the Kapalua Bay, hotel restaurants and shops.
The Kapalua Ridge Villas non-smoking policy prohibited smoking on a balcony or lanai. There is a designated smoking area at the pool or guests may smoke at a minimum of 25 feet away from any building as long as the act of smoking does not create a nuisance with other owners and visitors.

We stayed a week and thought this location was ideal. It is quiet (away from the more touristy areas) but easy access to great snorkeling, beach combing, and the road along the north coast. We would definitely stay here again. Having a car port allowed us to leave the top off our Jeep all week without worry of a rain shower. The condo is spacious and well appointed with all the necessities.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The accommodations were perfect and were exactly as described and pictured on the website. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the interior, surrounding area, Kapalua grounds, and local beaches. The location was convenient to the local Honolua store, the beach, the Kapalua Bay Course and Pineapple Grill Resturaunt. The owner was responsive and communicated by email and phone. We had such an enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing vacation, due in large part to our stay at this condo. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet and peaceful, convenient location, close to the pool/barbecue. We enjoyed walking to the Honalua Store for breakfast and the trail along the coast. Would definitely stay again.

This is an excellent unit--spacious, comfortable, very nicely furnished and appointed, full kitchen, plenty of paper and other "consumables," everything works, no problems, and it's immaculate. And I found the owner very responsive. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
