This newly updated studio and well maintained studio efficiency with all the modern conveniences and new furnishings is located in the prestigious Land's End Beach Resort in the Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle each. It is perfect for couples wanting some time away from busy schedules. A short walk (500 yards) to the beach via private road and you will discover over one and a half miles of UNSPOILED BEACH. Where you never have to worry about finding a place to lay your down your towels! You also have the use of seven pools, one hot tub and two tennis courts.
This Condo is on the first floor adjacent to a 500 acre nature preserve. This provides privacy and peaceful seclusion on one and a half miles of UNDEVELOPED BEACH. No loud noises, complete relaxation. If you want something more lively, a short walk south on the beach will get you to the premier resorts with bands and activity.
Beach not your style, prefer shopping or golf? You'll be convenient to everything else. This Condo is a short walk or car ride to Super Wal-mart, Tanger Outlets and Arcadian Shores Golf Course. One to two miles to Barefoot Landing, Shows or Restaurant Row. Ten miles to Broadway at the Beach. Short cab rides (five to 10 minutes) to the most preferred places like House Of Blues, 2001 dance club, Dixie Stampede, Sands Ocean Club (Ocean Annies) $5-10 typically for four people.
You are convenient to the roughly 100 golf courses of the area. Our direct access to the new Highway 22, and Highway 31 by-pass means you can get to many courses without dealing with traffic on Highway 17 (Kings Highway). This Condo allows you to be close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, but you are able to have serenity and solitude to relax at the end of a busy day. Whatever you prefer, you can get here and there faster. You will be relaxing while others are still trying to get to the hotel or standing in check-in lines.
There is one full bath, full kitchen (with the exception of an oven), blender, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, toaster, central air conditioning/heat, cable TV. Full-size refrigerator, with ice maker, full size washer and dryer in the unit, dish washer, storage room, tile floors in bath. There are seven pools - two oceanfront, one heated, lighted tennis courts, hot tub, outdoor grills, and an outdoor shower at the beach.
A $200 refundable Security/Damage deposit is required to hold your reservation. Credit Cards are accepted through Pay Pal.
Rental does NOT accept pets (NO PETS) and is a NO SMOKING unit.
This condo best accommodates 2 adults.
Due to Development Restrictions MOTORCYCLES AND TRAILERS are NOT allowed on the property.
Weekly rates INCLUDE departure cleaning. Linens are NOT provided. There is a linen rental service onsite - contact me if you are interested, if not please bring your own linens for beds and showers. Weekly rentals preferred, but please call if you need a shorter vacation.
Dates available year round, will consider monthly rentals.
