Located in the Heart of Palm Desert, this lovely, mid-century home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed along with a master bathroom. The second room has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
The home is decorated in 1950's and 1960's style that beckons Dean Martin and the "Rat Pack!" The house has been completely remodeled recently with slate and bamboo floors, granite countertops, and sisal carpeting. Beautifully decorated with a comfortable feel of home.
The property features a private swimming pool and abundant palm trees and cactus gardens. Play billiards on the pool table or lounge outside in the private yard near the swimming pool listening to sounds of Frank Sinatra.
Our house is located in popular south Palm Desert just one mile from the El Paseo shopping area which is billed as the "Rodeo Drive" of Palm Desert and right down the street from The Living Desert. The house is convenient to countless world class golf courses and is an easy drive to all of the desert's communities such as Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, and Indian Wells as well as the desert's casino properties. Palm Desert has something for the entire family. Escape the cold winters and head down to the desert! Oh, and do not forget about the fabulous restaurants!
