Beautiful and spacious 2200 sq ft custom home with front and fenced grass back yard located in the Tahoe Keys waterfront community at 1967 Venice Drive, South Lake Tahoe. Three huge bedrooms with all new queen beds, full/full bunkbed, queen futon, queen sofabeds and three bathrooms.
Spacious great room has three new queen leather sofabeds, leather loveseat, leather chair with ottoman, Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound Stereo with CD and DVD player. Beautiful river rock stone gas fireplace with views of Mt. Tallac and Mt. Heavenly. Two car garage plus plowed driveway and walkway for easy access.
All new furniture - couches, beds, mattresses, pillows and bedding, no lumpy beds here! Two bathrooms upstairs have their own jacuzzi tubs. All bathrooms are complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, kleenex and q tips. Well appointed gourmet kitchen with all the amenities of home.
Breakfast nook with four swivel stools. Eight seat round Kitchen table is great for Texas Hold'em. Just bring your gear and you're ready for your next ski trip or summer vacation. Relax in the spring and fall without the crowds. Boat dock is right out back with room for three boats. Fishing, swimming right into the water Or walk a few blocks down to the beach!

My husband Pete and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and love to go to Tahoe! We invite friends and family up to our spacious home in the Tahoe Keys and no matter what the season, there is so much to do in Tahoe but at the end of the day, going back to a hotel room was no fun if you want to hang out with your group and relax or play games and for families with kids you need a lot of room for gear! The only way to go is to rent a home and enjoy the good times back at the house after a day of activities.
From skiing on the slopes to skiing on the lake we always have a great time and know you will too!
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Keys
Pete and I both grew up visiting Lake Tahoe and could not wait to own a home there. We were fortunate enough to buy a home on the water which makes all seasons so peaceful and calming looking out onto the water in such a beautiful setting that is Lake Tahoe.
