This second-story, recently renovated, flat with new hardwood floors is beautifully decorated with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area, is comfortable and spacious, and is convenient for entertaining or relaxing. The master suite includes master-size bed, TV, DVD player, bathroom, and separate vanity and dressing area. The second bedroom has twin-size beds, TV, and full bathroom. Also included is a screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and pond. The lanai has a large hammock with furniture.
