Condominium is oceanfront with 27 feet of private balcony or hundreds of feet of the nicest beach you will see. Only six years old, the building and unit are in great shape and ready for you. New, large pool and hot tub two years ago. Pool is comparable to many 100-unit complexes however it is yours to share with just 26 other units.
Convenient location is just a stroll to restaurants and shopping at Barefoot Landing. Also just a few-minute drive to outlet mall, grocery, golf, and anything else you could possibly need yet tucked away on the beach to avoid the noise/clutter of the main highway through town. Just 25 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

I stayed at this condo in August. The pictures do not do it justice. Condo was fully equipped-better than my own home. The owners clearly care about keeping the place up. Everything was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Another big benefit here is the lack of units in this and surrounding buildings. There is plenty of room on the beach and never a battle to find room in the pool and hot tub. It is also very close to Barefoot Landing and many fine restaurants.

We just returned from a weeks stay at this location. The condo provided everything that was needed to fullfil our relaxing vacation with our adult children. It was wonderful having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable to make cooking an ease. The air conditioner was awesome and the water pressure was fabulous. The fact that this condo housed only 26 other units was a real plus. The pool was very nice and the location on the beach was excellent! During our stay the lock on the pool was not working and there was an incident of use from individuals who were not staying in this location. The fact that parking is limited under the building but the additonal lot is just steps away from the condo was very nice. Our family is used to ceiling fans in our bedrooms, but we were aware the guest bedrooms did not have fans and brought our own. All in all, we had a fabulous time staying in this location. Working with Terri was very easy and if we were to return to this area again, would certainly stay here if available. Terri even provided a couple beach chairs and boogie board which made the beach trips even more comfortable. The view was awesome!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

The condo is roomy and very well maintained. It was very clean and well equiped. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The pool is nice with plenty of room. A janitor was at the building every day. It was nice to stay in a smaller condo building. As we looked and walked down the beach, the beach was very full at the larger buildings. We had plenty of room at the beach in front of the condo even during the high season when we stayed. The beach was nice, the water warm. The beach does not have a big drop off when the tide goes out. Just a nice gradual slope. It was great for younger kids as some small pools of warm water stayed behind in places that the small kids loved. Plenty of shells to pick up in the area. You can walk for miles. They have a faucet down by the pool to rinse off beach sand from your feet that has warm water. It is usually cold at other places we have been. We had a problem of our own making, called Terri and she helped us quickly. Thank you Terri for helping us and for sharing your nice home with us. If you like sea food we had a good meal at "The Flying Fish" in Barefoot Landing. Oh and yes we did see dolphins!

Our family just got back from vacationing at this condo rental. We were naturally a little apprehensive wondering if the accommodations would be as wonderful as the pictures showed and reviews stated. We were pleased because they were very accurate. It was important for us to have a roomy oceanfront condo because there were 5 adults. We specifically searched for a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo which provided bed linens, towels, departure cleaning and taxes. The price included all of these!! The master bedroom had a good size walk-in closet. The condo has an excellent air conditioning system. The location was convenient to everything you need and was definitely in a less congested area. The beach was not all that crowded and great for families with young children. There is a hose outside the pool area to clean off sand from chairs, beach toys and such and also could be used to squirt off your car if need be. As far as negatives, there wasn’t anything that would deter us from returning but might be worth mentioning. The parking at the condo was limited and tight (probably no different than any other place) but very convenient. There was overflow parking across the street. Ceiling fans were only in the master bedroom and living room but not in the other two bedrooms. The building itself is supposed to be a secure building (need a key to get in) but many times it was left open by others. The owners were such a pleasure to work with and dependable. Our overall experience was awesome. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation then this is the place for you! We are already starting to make our plans for next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

We were very pleased with our visit to this condo at Emerald Cove I. The pictures do not do reflect the updates recently made on the unit. The newly tiled floors and painted walls made the unit clean and fresh. The location of the unit overlooking the pool and ocean was great. We especially liked the section of Windy Hill where traffic was light on Ocean Blvd. and convenient to everything on Hwy 17. Communication between the owner was fast. We would recommend this unit and hope to come back again.
