The Franklin House is a historic Grand Haven home located only one block from the waterfront where the famous Grand Haven Musical Fountain can be viewed. Downtown stores, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and museums are within one to three blocks, yet our property features a large, quiet yard with plenty of private, off-street parking.
These completely remodeled, two-bedroom condominiums include fully-equipped kitchens, comfortable living rooms, fireplaces, air conditioning, in-unit laundry, ten-foot ceilings, and their own private deck or porch, with gas grill and seating. Each unit can comfortably sleep four adults and has all the amenities of home.
There are three condos from which to choose: The front condo is set up like a townhouse. It has the kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bath and living room on the main floor and two bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry upstairs. This condo rents for $100 more per week than the other two due to its extra bathrooms.
The lower, back condo has 2 bedrooms and one bath and is all on one level. It has a large deck that overlooks the back yard and a side, covered porch.
The upper, back condo also has 2 bedrooms and one bath, is all on the same level, but has a flight of stairs to access it. Its spacious, private deck overlooks the backyard.
While the Franklin House can be a great place for reunions it is designed so that each unit feels extremely private. Condominiums are accessed on separate sides of the home. Our facility and location cannot be matched.
Pets and smokers cannot be accommodated.

We stayed at the Franklin Condo for 2 nights and had such a great time. Tina and Paul ( the owners) are wonderful people and made our visit complete. The Condo contained everything you could possibly want - they have thought of everything!! It is in a very convenient location. Close to the shops, Pier, restaurants, and all of the ice cream stands!!! Took a day and went over to Saugatuck which is about 30 minutes away from the Condo. Thanks so much for allowing us the pleasure of renting your Condo....we hope to return again next year!! Dave and Cathy~~~~

We recently rented the lower back condo in The Franklin House. From the minute we started corresponding with the owner things went very smoothly and questions were answered quickly. Everything was arranged via email or snail mail and when we arrived all was in good order in the condo with our special requests met. The owners are very accomodating and are on the spot if ever a need arises. We have already booked again for the same time next year. This place is within walking distance of everything but Meijer. We parked our car and walked almost everywhere. We go after Labor Day and it is wonderful!
