Beautiful and spacious! Great family vacation home, fishing trips, and lady's weekend, first time in rentals. The spacious living room has three futons large TV. The dining table seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals after a day at the beach. The laundry area is located just off the kitchen. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The guest rooms offers queen beds The downstairs picnic area is located in the covered space beneath the house. There is plenty of parking and room for a boat. Relax and enjoy the breeze from the front porch or take a stroll to the community pool less than a block away. If sun and sand is what you're looking for, the beach is 1.5 blocks away. Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful time in Port A this year. The rental was really great. Clean, well supplied. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this rental to friends and family anytime. Thanks.

Excellent location!

We stayed at ‘Frank’s Place’ for a full week. The house was very clean. Access to the pool was a very short walk. Access the highway 361 was very convenient. And a short drive to the beach. We will definitely look into booking this property again!

1st time to beach

We loved our time in Port Aransas. The house was great for our group of 9. The kitchen outlets were not functioning. John offered to come out and fix it but we were okay using the outlets in the living room for toaster and coffee maker. We also didn’t have covers for the futons in the living room but the kids brought their own for the trip. Great stay.
