This is the most beautiful Condo we have ever stayed in and we did visit Phoenix several times.It is very comfortable with everything you possibly need. Kitchen was greatly equipped for all our cooking. It is stylishly decorated , and comfortable furniture and beds. The premises are extremely clean, very secure which is very important to us, 2 car garage also a great feature and also with a beautiful pool area. Its great to major freeways and shopping, We are not golfers however the golf coarse and club house are minutes away. We stayed here for the month of November 2011, and will definitely stay again next November if available. We also want to mention the owner was awsome and her property manager was amazing. We would highly recommend staying in this "Wonderful Home Away From Home"Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We were blessed to have obtained this condo for the entire month of January 2010. It was impressive from the moment we stepped foot into the entry way. The property manager was amazing, and was extremely accomodating. The condo is tastefully decorated, and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I've slept in outside of my own. The master bedroom had a wonderful walk-in closet, private shower, soaking tub, and double sinks, + the privacy of a doored commode. The room darkening curtains were perfect for those of us who like to sleep in a bit. The owner obviously loves to cook because the kitchen was well equiped. Again, tastefully done and everything in good working order. Downstairs there was a 1/2 bath, and den area where there was a hide-a-bed and desk, with internet service. I can't say enough good about our experience there. In addition, the pool and recreation center was only a few condo's down the street and absolutely gorgeous. Grayhawk is close to shopping, and terrific restaurants, and it was secure, being a gated community.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, sightseeing.
