Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2004
I live in the area of Marin, just north of San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
Lake Tahoe has always been special to me, as I spent many years with my family skiing and hiking in this area. Now with a family of my own, I am able to share these memories and see the joy that Lake Tahoe brings throughout any season to my kids as well.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Great access to the ski slopes in the winter, especially on the lesser crowded Nevada side of Heavenly Valley. It's easy access to the entire mountain, however, but one can easily make fresh tracks...even on the most crowded of weekends by starting in Nevada. The hiking is great too. Summer is a special time to spend in Lake Tahoe with family and friends.
