Perfection in the desert!

We have been vacationing in Palm Springs for 14 years, and have rented 6 different properties. Todd was by far the best owner we have had the pleasure to rent a home from. Without a doubt, the most responsive, and concerned that our stay be as perfect as possible. Todd's home, as you can see from the pictures, is modern, ultra-clean with every amenity you could want. Todd went the extra mile with lighting, sound system, furniture and TV's in every room. We had use of a printer and full sized washer and dryer, and very efficient outdoor grill. The outdoor "patio" area was very "private" with beautiful mountain views in addition to a waterfall, very comfortable couches and chairs, a dining table and chairs and a space heater and fire"pit" table. The kitchen with designer cabinets was fully stocked with pots, pans etc. as well as spices and cooking supplies. There were many towels and sheets and comforters for the beds. An important issue for us when renting is the bathrooms. These were modern, spotless and well designed with designer cabinets. Treat yourselves to a wonderful experience in Palm Springs by renting this exceptional condo. Thanks Todd for your help and concern while there in March, and the goodie bag. ;-)

Loved it!

This is a beautifully decorated & well stocked home with a great patio that has great views of the mountains. We loved the walkability to stores, restaurants and downtown. Todd was a great host. He made sure we were oriented to the home and checked in with us periodically to make sure our needs were being met.

Perfect Mid Century Modern Experience

Todd is an excellent host and the house and location is spot on. We love to walk and were able to do without a car for nearly two thirds of our month long stay. We walked to downtown everyday (2 miles each way) and to the trail at Chino Canyon as well. The condo is well laid out, nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Pool was warm and clean (spa under construction at moment) and we enjoyed fresh grapefruit every morning and fresh lemons in our drinks every night. Fountain in private courtyard was a fabulous touch.

Vista Chino

This was a fabulous place to call home for 3 weeks. Comfy beds, nice towels, great sound system, well stocked kitchen and a lovely and private patio! The property was very quiet during my stay....you do hear the planes taking off because it is close to the flight path, but after a few days, I hardly noticed it. Two pools, one of which is heated. About a 20 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, or a 10 min. bike ride. All in all, a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath comfortable space. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This property is in a small community that is untouched by new development. The unit, featured in Modernism Week in 2020, is a side by side which gives you the impression you are walking into your own home. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained and the condo features 2 large pools and a jacuzzi. We love that we can walk from the house to restaurants as well as take our bikes and go into town for the day.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy cooking your dinner in the custom kitchen with all the amenities while you look at the wonderful mountain views. The bedrooms are sound proof and the house features both a BOSE home theatre and full home sound system. The patio features a beautiful waterfall feature, propane heater with outdoor dining and seating area around a fireable. Enjoy lemons from the two lemon trees.
