“Sea Pearl Circle” is an executive, lakefront home in the highly regarded community of Formosa Gardens Estates, which is only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. It sits on a large lot right on the lakefront and has a huge pool deck for relaxing in the sun with privacy.

With a beautiful lake view, our large pool with its relaxing water falls and spa are great places to cool down or chill out and if you like the shade our lanai is the perfect place to be and there are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for eating outside.
Inside, Sea Pearl Circle has almost 2200sq ft of living space and it has been furnished to a very high standard by an interior design company and is fully air conditioned throughout. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which can sleep 8 people in comfort and space. Both Master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while the first Master also has a separate sitting area. One of the two twin bedrooms has been finished in a Disney theme. Each bedroom and the living room have cable TVs. There are also several DVD players with DVDs and a Playstation 2 with games.
In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.
There is also a high quality games room with a pool table, fooseball and a big screen TV.
Sea Pearl Circle has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs and board games, a gas bbq grill and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors. Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious residential community where executive homes have been built to high standards on large lots. The entrance to Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of shops and restaurants one mile away.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.

We were very happy with our stay at Sea Pearl Circle. The house was absolutely beautiful. The weather was nice and hot which made our time by the pool wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to see Disney fireworks from the pool deck. The management company do an exceptional job. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely try to rent from Philip during our next stay in Florida.
