Set in almost half an acre our executive villa, "Formosa Boulevard" has a fantastic lakefront location in the highly regarded community of Formosa Garden Estates, which is only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. Uninterrupted lake views make the pool and spa area a wonderful place to relax. Inside, “Formosa Boulevard” has nearly 2200sq ft of air-conditioned space for your family spread out.

“Formosa Boulevard” has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 people in real comfort.
Beautifully furnished to a high standard by an interior design company and fully air-conditioned, our spacious villa sleeps ten. There are two Master bedrooms en-suite bathrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen. There is a twin bedroom and a kids bunk bedroom finished in a Disney theme, which can sleep 4. Each room has a TV and there are several DVD players as well as a Playstation 2 with games.
We also have a brilliant new games room with a pool table, fooseball and a big screen TV.
As well as a large family room and a separate sitting room there is a breakfast nook and dining room. The kitchen and laundry areas have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
“Formosa Boulevard” has a brilliant, lakefront pool deck area with a large, 30ftx15ft pool and luxury hot tub. The deck has been extended for all day sun so it is the perfect place to unwind in privacy, from a hard day at the parks or golf course, without being overlooked from the back.
If you fancy a break from the heat you can relax under the lanai in the shade with its own ceiling fan. There is a table and chairs as well as a gas bbq grill for alfresco dining.
Our home also has a PC with high-speed internet access, a gas bbq grill, DVDs, board games and toys as well as a baby equipment package including a high chair, a stroller and baby monitors at no extra charge.
Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious residential community where executive homes have been built to high standards on large lots. The entrance to Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of shops and restaurants one mile away.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.
If “Formosa Boulevard” is booked or if you are looking for accommodation for a larger party we also have other homes in the same community overlooking Star Lake.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.

My family stayed here for 10 days in November 2009 and were very pleased with the house. It is in great shape and exactly as pictured. It took us about 5 minutes to drive to Animal Kingdom, and 15-20 minutes to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and DHS. There is a large grocery store just a few minutes away, plus lots of restaurants nearby on 192. The owners responded quickly to all my email questions, sent me specific house information right when they said they would before our vacation, and refunded our damage deposit within a few days of checkout. We had no problems at all during our stay. Our daughters loved the bunk beds, the game room, and especially the pool. I loved sitting in the hot tub after a long day in the parks. The house is right on a lake, with a lovely view out over the lake from the family room/breakfast nook/kitchen/pool/hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and safe - it's a gated community. The beds are comfortable. I have a bad back and had no problems. The owners supply all linens, towels, dishes, silverware, etc. There is a starter set of TP and cleaning supplies, but you will probably need to buy more of that, depending on the length of your stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando!
