Colonial CC is located a few minutes from exit 136 of I-75 off Colonial Blvd. There are many convenience stores and casual dining options located close by.
The golf course retains much of the original character of the property. Lush vegetaion and undulating fairways and greens provide plenty of variety. As mentioned earlier, full membership privledges are available with the payment of the transfer fee.
These include seven day advance tee times, use of the aquatic range practice facility and per round costs limited to cart fees only.
The home is situated at the south end of the building overlooking a peaceful lake through 8 foot high sliding glass doors. The location is within walking distance to the community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and fitness complex. The nature trail is also easily accessible for early morning power walks or peaceful evening strolls. There is also a neighborhood at the top of the street which is not more than a few hundred yards from the house. The atmoshere there is very informal, relaxed and access is limited to those residents Jasmine Point only.
The home features 9 foot ceilings in most rooms with an elegant tray ceiling in the dining room. Upgraded tile and carpet has been added for comfort and convenience.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath featuring his and hers sinks, enclosed shower, and oversized tub. The master bedroom also has a walkin closets for your use with a second designated as an owner's closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bath has a fullsized bathtub and shower combination.
The den is furnished with a large sofa that has a queen-size pullout. It also has a cable attached TV. The living room is attractively furnished with an entertainment center with a 32 inch Sony HDTV.
The formal dining room features an elegant table,chairs and sideboard. An estate-type wine opener will simplify formal entertaining. Informal dining is available at either the breakfast nook or extended counter. The covered, tiled Lanai is furnished with Wicker furniture for leisurely evenings and relaxing with the morning paper. A pedestall type electric grill that complies with association rules for outdoor grilling has been added for the 07 season.
Full use of the attached garage with inside entrance and automatic garage openner is included.
