Why pay higher rates for one bedroom units in similar complexes? Stay in our comfortable deluxe (547 sq feet) studio. Our studio is the largest type offered at Majestic Beach. The smaller units don't offer a larger kitchen, washer/dryer and separate bunk area. Rent directly from the owner and save!! Plus with the Tower II right next door, you have access to even more amenities!!
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on the comfortable queen-sized Murphy wall-bed which can be conveniently stored away during the day. For the kids, there are two bunkbeds located in the hallway. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa thats great for relaxing during the day but at night it can convert into a queen-sized bed. Linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
There is also a stack washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals as cookware, dishes, flatware and glassware are provided. The spacious 119 square foot gulf front balcony is a great place to start your day with your morning coffee. Enjoy the view of the emerald waters and the sugar white sand. Celebrate the end of a perfect day at the beach by watching the spectacular sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
Three beautiful, oceanfront, outdoor resort style pools (one is covered at Tower II) with waterfalls and fountain along with the three hot tubs and tropical landscaping and boardwalks to the beach will allow for a most relaxing vacation. For toddlers, there is a separate gated baby pool. There are also two oceanfront, indoor pools (one is at Tower II) for swimming as well. The poolside H20 Bar and Grill is a great place to grab a quick bite, frozen drink, or enjoy a waterfront meal in the covered dining area.
Our resort also has its own stadium seating Majestic Theatre with complimentary movies for you to enjoy (check schedules in the lobby). For your shopping convenience, the ground floor Majestic Market features Starbucks coffee and assorted other beverages, breakfast items, pastries, sandwiches, salads, pizzas and other snacks and is open daily. There are several restaurants and other shops that are within walking distance at the Edgewater Shoppes Shopping Center.
If keeping in shape is an important part of your vacation then Majestic Beach Towers is the perfect place for you! Our onsite fitness center (extra resort fee applies) has state of the art cardio, free weights and nautilus equipment. Separate men and women's locker rooms with steam and sauna are provided. Spa Services are also available through the resort for additional fees. There is also a tennis court on top of the parking deck.
Majestic Beach Towers has so much to do that you may decide not even to move your car from the covered parking deck during your stay. If you do decide to explore the many other activites Panama City Beach is famous for, the air conditioned covered walkway over Front Beach Road to the parking deck to your car is convenient.

As a kid growing up, my family went to the old Panama City Beach that was lined with the mom and pop motels. Now with all of the changes that have taken place, Majestic Beach is one of the best resorts on Panama City Beach.

I love the fact that you can just park the car once you arrive in the covered deck and not move it at all with all of the restaurants that are within walking distance and the great food available onsite at the poolside bar and grill and the Majestic Market.

I just wanted to say this studio condo was PERFECT for my cousin and I. This was a last minute planned trip and the owner Keith worked with me so well and communicated with me very quickly. The detailed instructions were so very helpful, the staff at the condo were very friendly, security guards all hours of the night made me feel safe when parking alone. The room was well furnished, decorated very nice, fresh new paint. It was equipped with anything and everything you might need to cook with, as well as over stocked linens, towels, etc. One closet had tons of beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, even surf boards. The room even had a hair dryer in the closet, thank goodness because we both forgot ours. The view was the best ever, not too high not too low. The elevators were very quick and since there are several pools, no pool was overcrowded. It was the roomiest studio condo that I have ever rented. The coolest thing was the bed that came down out of the wall. You could fold it up in the daytime without even making the bed (a PLUS for me on vacation!) Also a great thing was the breakfast area in the morning and then the bar by the pool that also served lunch. We never had to leave the condo if we didn't want to. Having a key code is so much easier than dealing with digging a key out of your beach bag each time you go up to the room. The location was awesome, one block from Walmart (a must), plenty of food places, shopping, attractions. I can't say enough good things about this unit. I will definitely stay in this condo again and again. Thanks Keith!!

We stayed in this condo for a week this summer and enjoyed meeting the other families on the beach. We particularly liked the Murphy bed feature where it folds up out of the way, as opposed to some similar units with the full bed in the living area.The view was spectacular from our balcony and we particularly enjoyed the full moon at night reflecting off the ocean, truly an incredible view, like a painting. Although we are mostly cereal and sandwich folks, with dinner out, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked when we did want to cook. Although there was a coffee maker in the room, we liked being able to go down and get a Starbucks first thing in the morning.The decor was truly appropriate reflecting a beachy feel with comfort in mind. The unit was clean and spacious and we truly enjoyed the experience. We hope to return again soon.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Mr. Smith was so nice to work with and the unit was exactly what we wanted. We will rent this unit again in 2011.

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for one week ALL BY MYSELF! What a treat. It's perfect for one or two people. Neat, clean and so well kept. This unit is very well equipped, too. Great location and QUIET!! Enjoy!!
