Walk in through two double sets of French Doors off the wrap-around large balcony deck into the beautifully Caribbean style newly decorated private beach cottage. The living area consists of a sofa bed and loveseat tuned into the satellite TV entertainment center. A separate bar offers additional seating for your entertainment needs. There is a dining table and chairs set up inside in front of the fully operational kitchen if you want to eat-in and walk out onto the large wrap-around balcony to enjoy the sensational sunset. Or better yet, dine outside on the deck and listen to the stereo to set the mood.
The master bedroom with its own private bathroom with shower opens out a private French door onto the back balcony deck and stairway. Enjoy Satellite TV or music while dozing off to sleep.
The second bedroom is set-up with two double beds and two single beds above to allow everyone their own bed. Satellite TV is installed for private selections in this room also.
The large fenced in backyard is children friendly with picnic table and BBQ Grill on the patio downstairs. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit. Why leave your pets at home when you can bring them!
Built in Laundry area is located off Kitchen area for your convenience. You will have available to you for a reasonable additional charge Maid Service; Grocery Delivery; Gift Baskets put together; erands run for you. These additional services are available through 'Southern Services, LLC', a Concierge Service.
Private Cottage is located less than one mile from Highway 59 and about 400 feet from the gorgeous Gulf Shores Beaches. It is just minutes from local restaurants and shopping.

The description of the cottage actually did not do it complete justice. We were so pleased when we drove up to see how well maintained it was and how close to everything it was. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus our dogs. The manager Alicia was incredibly easy to work with from the start of the reservation to the end. She cheerfully answered all of our questions which put our mind at ease when renting something sight unseen. The cottage is very close to the beach. It is a very short walk. The cottage was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to make the trip very enjoyable. We loved the large deck off the front as well as the smaller one in the back. By having the entire yard gated we were able to enjoy time out in the backyard with our pets as opposed to them having to be locked up since they were on vacation too. Our pets loved the yard and the front deck. Our children want to rent the cottage again as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone that wants to have a relaxing time at the beach and who does not want to be stuck with the crowds in the larger condo chains. We were so spoiled by the experience of complete privacy and relaxation that we may never rent a condo again. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I was very pleased with this property. The house was very clean and comfortable. Alicia, the property manager was very easy to get ahold of and very prompt to respond to email questions. We were traveling with a small dog who really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. I would definately recommend this property to my family and friends. 6 days after returning from our vacation my deposit check arrived in the mail! Alicia was very prompt. The picture of the property are very accurate with only one exception. There is only one bunk bed in the second bedroom instead of two. This was not an issue for me but I wanted to mention this. I am sure Alicia will update the second bedroom picture very soon. To the property owners, thank you for providing us with such a comfortable home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The place is great but we're still waiting for the deposit two months later. Problem seems to be with property manager, Alicia Edwards. Since the air conditioning went out during our stay on the hottest day so far (in 2011), we assumed she would be more "encouraged" to send the deposit (and perhaps money for the miserable day/night that we sweated through) but we have had no communication at all. I would love to write an extremely positive review but until this matter is cleared up, I would warn others to look elsewhere first. As soon as this is taken care of, I will gladly rewrite my review.Owner response: Air Conditioner was repaired promptly the next morning as I was only notified of problem at 9:30 P.M. and system was under warranty and only could use repair man approved by warranty company, Warranty Company set it up for first call the next morning and it was fixed. I offered discount for return visit to occupants for their discomfort. Property was inspected after their departure and their dog apparently had torn the sofa on top of back cushion where your head rests that looks out to picture glass window where dog had rested. This was a less than year old sofa sleeper set with Love seat to match. Renter should be happy to forfeit only damage deposit. This damage was not reported to management company before renters left.
