The kitchen contains the appliances and necessities to provide for your family needs.

*Balance due 30 days prior to rental period.
*$450 security deposit due with final payment.
*No Pets, No Smoking.
*One-week minimum rental (Saturday 2 PM - Saturday 10 AM).
*Occupancy strictly limited to eight without prior written approval.
