WALK TO BEACH!! Enjoy the walk, too, through the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the lush and beautifully-landscaped grounds. You'll see palm trees, tropical flowers, grassy lawns, birds, and iguanas. When you get to the beach, you will see St. John, USVI just 3 miles across Pillsbury Sound to your right, and Tortola and Jost VanDyke of the BVIs to your left.
COZY QUARTERS ROOMS & VILLA has three (3) rooms for you to choose from. You can book one, two, or three rooms (entire Villa) - to suit your needs!
Room #00 - Studio with Kitchen. It has a King-size bed and Queen-size sofa bed, living/dining area, full bath, full kitchen, 20' beam ceilings with fans and much more! The Studio is spacious (15' x 30') by it's self, but also includes the use of the awning-covered Central Courtyard for outside dining and lounging. It features a gas BBQ, dining table and chairs, a garden fountain, lounge chairs, and comfy chairs. You will be surrounded by palm trees, tropical flowers, hummingbirds and bananaquits to get you in that "island" mood!
Room #01 - is an Efficiency Room with King-size bed
Room #03 - is an Efficiency Room with 2 Double beds
Efficiency Room #01 and Efficiency Room #03 each have A/C, telephone, cable TV and digital music, free wireless internet, water purification system, private entrance and secluded patio, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker (you provide coffee), toaster, dishes, mugs and glassware, flatware, miscellaneous kitchen utensils, hair dryer and more.
Three (3) vacation rental rooms within one uniquely designed condominium, allow you the flexibility to choose accommodations for 6-8 people! The Entire Villa (all 3 sleeping rooms) provides an excellent location for groups such as wedding parties, families, and reunions... affordable, clean, spacious, Cozy Rooms & Villa!
It's an easy walk to Coral World Ocean Park and Coki Point Beach - one of St. Thomas' premiere snorkeling and swimming beaches. And the swimming pool is just outside the room doors! The landscaping is gorgeous and the atmosphere is serene. You will LOVE THE LOCATION!
