Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is better in reality than in the pictures. Upon arrival the house was spotless. This house is close to everything. The neighborhood was quite. We all enjoyed the pool, especially my grandson. No complaints at all, only praises for the property and the owner as he was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

STILL GREAT, 2nd time around !

We were here in February 2012 and again this last February 2013. The house is exactly like shown on the pictures with a few major renovations like ceramic flooring in the family room. We like the area because of it's proximity to anything and everything that you need, from restaurants to shopping to all the parks which are very close. Another major attraction to us is the very quiet neighborhood this house is located in. This accomodation is by far the best if you are thinking of staying away from home for any period of time...beats any hotel room any day !! God willing we will be here again next year, same time, same place. Thank you Ira, we really appreciate your vacation home.

This is our 2nd time staying at the house and it was as great as the first time. The house is roomy, very clean, comfortable and contained everything that one would have in their home. We had a party of 8 and had plenty of beds for everyone. The home has lots of towels more than any other homes we have stayed in before. My family and I had an excellent stay at this property. The house is super kid friendly and we didn't have a single thing to complain about. My only regret is not staying longer, next time we will plan for a longer stay to really be able to relax and enjoy the house and all that Orlando has to offer. I would highly recommend this home to others, and we will definitely consider it again for our future trips

New on the outside, but old on the inside

The property was large with lots of square feet. The furniture was older and fixtures out dated. The AC could not be set below 75 deg. Only one TV in the house had a cable box. The rest of the TV’s could only get the local channels. The Back yard had a screened in pool, but the week we were there the chlorine level in the pool was too low to use, the water was green. When we called the management company they came out, but the water quality never improved. The bed in the master bedroom was newer and comfortable, but the sheets and blankets were old and some of the sheets had small holes in them. Once we went to wall mart and bought a set of sheets and a few pillows it was great. The house did appear to be free of any bugs accept for a few small ants in one of the bathrooms. All in all I felt like for the price it was a good value, but I wish the backyard had been fenced in for some privacy and I wish the pool water had been less green. I also wished the furniture and carpet had been in better shape. The property was close to Disney and we were able to get to the parks in a few minutes.

Owner response: It's a rental house and not a high end hotel... We keep it friendly, clean and safe. We always try to address feedback in the timely fashion. I forwarded this review to our management company and they told me about the pool issues. The water was treated and since they didn't hear back they thought all was well. If you don't tell them a problem still exists they won't know. The carpets are steam cleaned 4 - 6 times a year. They were just this week too. We recently refreshed the towels leaving the old ones as pool towels and some of the sheets. We stock enough linen, pillows and towels for 13 people. All the beds are all newer. There are 5 TV's in the house. 4 are HD and do not need cable tuners. The backyard is fenced in on 3 sides. It's semi private and backs up to our neighbors pool areas. We are always trying to improve the house. That's why we put in a pool heater and a new deck table / chairs. Currently we are considering making one of the living areas a game room and moving the furniture out. Thanks for your feedback. Ira

Thank you so much for the opportunity to vacation at your house. We had a wonderful time. It was spacious, very clean and inviting. It looked exactly how the pictures did! ! The house was comfortable and well laid out. All three generations enjoyed our stay.The pool was a hit for the kids. They did not want to get out… Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay! Overall it was good - good location. Ira is a great guy to talk with and very personable. The house was not as clean as I expected - there was garbage under the beds from previous renters and the ice / water maker on the refridge leaks and rusts .... the pool was clean and AWESOME! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again... Thanks Ira!

BEST TIME EVER!!!!!!

We had a blast on our trip to Disney and this home put the icing on the cake!!! We went during an off-peak time off the year which was the best choice ever no traffic and little to no lines at the parks. This house was in a great location close to all of my families needs. The house was fully equipped with everything that you think you may need. The pool was the best attraction to the kids it keep them fully occupied during the time at the house. Ira the owner of the house was very helpfully with the planning off my trip, he also made me feel very comfortable giving my credit card info. The house is in wonderful condition and I defiantly will stay here on our next trip to Disney.

We really enjoyed our stay. My family and my cousin’s family(4 adults, 4 kids) stayed in this beautiful house for 7 nights during spring break, The subdivision is really nice and quiet. It is close to grocery store Publix, Walmat and Target, and of course Disney. We purchased our Seaworld tickets at local Publix store around $66.00( tax included), it’s much cheaper than AAA, corporate discount or official website. Kids loved the pool a lot, every day they wanted to come back home early to play in the pool, on the second night we stayed, we went back early after an exhausting day in MGM(long waiting line, hot weather 94 degree), kids rushed to the pool and adults also went watching, later, we realized that we were all locked out at the pool, and we did not put the front key back to the outside lock box. Fortunately, my cousin has his car key with him and he has a backup copy of the rental information in the car, we were able to borrow the phone from next door neighbor (a family vacationer from England) to call the management company, a man came within 30 minutes, and refused the service pay we offered. We also went o Cocoa beach as Ira recommend, it’s about an hour driving from the house, some part of the road have toll, the most right booths are for ez pass, get some quarters ready since there are automatic toll booths. My 4-year old daughter’s dream now is to have a house with a pool and she keeps asking when we can go back to ‘our Florida home’. We are planning to go back in a non-peak season.

Great Place to stay for a large family!

My family, Wife, 3 kids ages 13, 10, & 3 stayed 5 nights in this 4 BR, 2 Bath Home and really enjoyed our stay. The house has a Master BR with a Master Bath & Walk in closet, a Family Room, a Living Room, an Eat in Kitchen, a Dining Room, a large 2nd bedroom with a Queen or King Bed, and 2 nice size bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. We used the pool on two occasions and really enjoyed it. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood literally 15 mins from the parks. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a new Super Target and a Publix within 2 miles. Free Wifi is included, and Ira, & VIP Vacations were easy to work with. No problems during out stay. Hope to stay again.

The best Home away from Home / the only way to travel !

Our stay was more than what we hoped for ! The house was exactly liked shown on the photos, clean and well maintained in a quiet neighbourhood and close to everything that we needed. We were a little wary of the Internet booking as it was our first time, however with the help of the owner, it turned out to be as easy as 1 2 3...With our family of 9, the house was very sufficient and the kids spent more time in the heated pool that anywhere else !! Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World were all close enough for everyone to enjoy a few times over. Thank you Ira, we will be back !!!

At first I was skeptical about the whole renting a house idea after come to this site due to most owners were from the UK. When I found this one and noticed a american phone number I called and talked to the owner Ira and he was so patient and understanding to all of my concerns. He soon put me at ease and went ahead with making our plans for our very 1st trip to Florida. The house is just how it is shown and we enjoyed it a lot. The kids really liked the pool being right there and we also liked the idea of having a kitchen to cook in. I would recommend renting this one as it was the perfect place. The owners and management company took care of any needs and concerns and were right on top of everything. Have a wonderful stay and vacation as I will rent from here again when we plan our return trip.

The house is beautiful and close by the major parks and entertainment. Having the pool right at our disposal not only simplified things but gave way to a relaxing evening after having spent the day in the heat. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice accomodation that has plenty of room for at least 8 people. The 4 bedroom home is well maintained and all the comforts of home. There are major shopping areas close by on 192 no matter which way you go. The category of restaurants is limitless too. Italian, Chinese, American, Filipino if you head to Kissimmee (three-angels-filipino-oriental-cuisine-kissimmee) Don't mess with Fiesta Philippine as they are rarely open let alone answer the phone but that's a whole other review. The listing is very accurate and the owner is a gentlemen, always willing to do what's right for the customer to make them feel welcome and at home in his rental. Sit back and enjoy your vacation in elegance and comfort.

I rented this property for a family vacation with relatives that included young children. We had a great time and it was especially nice to be able to come back to the house and relax in the pool in between our visits to Disney, Universal and Sea World. The kids loved it and the pool was perfect for them. We were able to fix breakfast and dinner and that saved a lot of money to enjoy other things. The accommodations were excellent and we were 8 adults and 4 children. You are minutes away from everything. I would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel any day.

We stayed at this house March 6-13 and it was everything that we had hoped for. The place was well planned out. The ensuite off the bedroom was amazing. There was a walkin closet off the main bathroom which was big enough to sleep our 21 month old. The main bedroom was apart from the rest of the bedrooms and living space so it was nice and quite. All in all it was very clean and a great place to stay. We will definately stay here again the next time that we are in Florida.

Our family stayed here Jan. 6-11. It was very nice. It was plenty big enough for our family of 10. The home was clean and very comfortable. It's very close to the Disney parks as well as stores and restaurants. The owners are wonderful to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone. We hope to stay here again sometime in the future.

We drove down from NC with our three boys and their three friends. Everything was just perfect upon our arrival - no surprises. We had plenty of room for everyone and the location was very convenient...easy to drive back and forth from Disney for a mid-day break. Loved the heated pool and the two living rooms. Thanks for a great mini-vacation! The Coppers from Lenoir, NC

We stayed in this home July 19 - July 26, 2008. The home was just a few minutes to all of the Disney attractions. The pool was welcomed relief at the end of longs days spent in heat and humidity. The home is well appointed and the owner could not have been nicer. We look forward to there staying again.

I have never been so pleased with a rental property in all my days. This was the most affordable, relaxing, clean and comfortable house we have ever stayed at. As a Florida resident, we love to enjoy all that our state has to offer and frequently travel to Orlando to enjoy the theme parks, etc. It was wonderful to find this huge, comfortable home away from home. We enjoyed our trip so much more than having to stay in a cramped hotel. We had two families in this house and still had room to spare. The kids loved having their own private pool. The owners are very responsive to your needs and wonderful at communication. We are already setting up our next visit! Thanks, Ira!

What a great place to stay in Orlando. Spacious, clean, close to all the attractions, a Walmart and lots of restaurants & shopping. Only about 40 min from the airport. The pool was heavenly and the free wireless was great if you have a laptop. Having a washer & dryer was a real plus as well. It's close enough that you can go to the parks in the morning, come home for a nap or to swim and go back in the evening. Quiet when you want and privacy that you'll never get in any hotel. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends & relatives. Ira is a great guy and goes the extra mile to accomodate. EXCELLENT VACATION SPOT!!

This was a great place to stay while visiting Disney World. It was just a few minutes away, and it was so nice to come home each evening to a house, instead of a hotel room. It's a pretty nice place, very spacious. Ira was a very nice guy to work with also. We had no problems while we stayed there, except that we didn't want to leave !!!!!!!!

My family was very pleased with our rental home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there are plenty of towels, hangers, sitting room, available TVs, and kitchen utensils. Ira was very accommodating and helpful throughout, and his communications are timely and considerate. My family rated it a 10 out of 10. Great place to stay !!!!!!
