Accommodations: Townhouse - 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 9-11)

Front of house - Avalon, New Jersey Townhouse Big, bright and new Avalon townhouse just two and a half blocks from the beach. Three floors of indoor and outdoor living space, including hardwood floors, modern appliances, fully-equipped kitchen, two decks, and outdoor shower. Virtually everything you need for a relaxing family vacation is here. All you need to bring are your towels, bed linens, and toothbrushes! Entry is on the ground floor which has two bedrooms, the laundry room (washer and dryer), and a full bath. The first bedroom has bunkbeds with a double-size futon on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The second is a large room with two twin beds and a TV with VCR. The second floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and TV, full bath, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and DVD/VCR, and a deck. The top floor is the master bedroom suite. It has a queen-size bed, private deck with views of the bay and an oversized bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Close the door and relax in your own hideaway! All TVs have cable jacks. We have supplied some children-friendly video tapes, games, and puzzles. Eight beach passes are supplied, and more are available from the Borough on a daily or weekly basis at reasonable cost. The passes are good for all Avalon or Stone Harbor beaches. We are pet lovers but do not allow pets at our shore home.

Activities (on site or nearby): Avalon, New Jersey is the premiere family-oriented vacation shore community in Southern New Jersey. Avalon, and its neighbor, Stone Harbor, are located on beautiful Seven Mile Island which offers a beautiful bathing beach, opportunities for fishing and crabbing, tennis courts, basketball courts and a new playground just 1 block away, a number of summer sports camps, many fine restaurants and shops and family activities. Seven Mile Island also offers hiking, biking, golf, a Fitness Center, gym, miniature golf, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, cinemas, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, jet-skiing and shelling. A twenty minute ride south on Ocean Highway puts you at the Wildwood Boardwalk, offering exciting games and rides. Thirty minutes to the north is Atlantic City, with its casinos and shows. We have historic villages, beautiful gardens, cultural arts, golf, antique shops, and whatever else suits your pleasure within a few minutes' ride of Avalon.
