Big, bright and beautiful Avalon townhouse just two and a half blocks from the beach. Three floors of indoor and outdoor living space, including hardwood floors, modern appliances, fully-equipped kitchen, two decks, and outdoor shower. Virtually everything you need for a relaxing family vacation is here. All you need to bring are your towels, bed linens, and toothbrushes!
Entry is on the ground floor which has two bedrooms, the laundry room (washer and dryer), and a full bath. The first bedroom has bunkbeds with a double-size futon on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The second is a large room with two twin beds and a TV with VCR. The second floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and TV, full bath, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and DVD/VCR, and a deck. The top floor is the master bedroom suite. It has a queen-size bed, private deck with views of the bay and an oversized bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Close the door and relax in your own hideaway!
All TVs have cable jacks. We have supplied some children-friendly video tapes, games, and puzzles. Eight beach passes are supplied, and more are available from the Borough on a daily or weekly basis at reasonable cost. The passes are good for all Avalon or Stone Harbor beaches. We are pet lovers but do not allow pets at our shore home.

Why the Owner Chose Avalon
We chose Avalon as the shore town we wished to own a townhouse because it is a quiet, beautiful, homey town. The properties in Avalon are not on top of one another. Downtown Avalon and
Stone Harbor are just lovely for a stroll any time of day. The beaches are huge and not crowded.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
The balconies are the best! We enjoy morning coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom and evenng cocktails and dinner off the living area balcony. The children love the back yard and nearby playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. Our beach is part of the high dunes area of the island. Just gorgeous.

Our stay here was wonderful! Easter in Avalon is a must! The weather Thursday, Friday and Saturday was GORGEOUS - Low 60's, sunny, breezy. Your home was cozy and warm and we enjoyed all the little special things you have around the house. It was Madison's first big vacation! We all got to spend some quality time together - loving, laughing and enjoying each other. Thank you for making it possible.
