The Majestic Sun is one of Destin's only beach front resorts with a championship golf course located directly inside the property.
This luxury vacation condominium features stunning gulf and coastline views with timeless sunsets and endless emerald green waters from a ninth floor perspective. Our front entrance holds a northern view over the golf course and across the island out to the bay. There is also lush landscaping and fresh water lakes in a wonderful resort setting that you would expect in Destin.
Our building fronts two thousand feet of glistening sugar white beaches and offers eight clay tennis courts, a fitness center, and a fabulous multilevel indoor-outdoor pool with a waterfall and two hot tubs in the building as well as six additional pools within the Seascape property. There is also great casual dining in our Whales Tail Club located directly on the beach.
This is a beautifully renovated diamond rated vacation getaway which features the largest two bedroom floor plan in the complex. There are granite countertops in the kitchen,new tile flooring,and all new furniture. The master bedroom features a king bed and private oversized bath. Two sets of bunk beds are in the second bedroom, sleeping 4, with an attached full bath that can also be accessed from the hall. A queen sofabed in the living room sleeps two and a loveseat sleeper sleeps a single. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy this truely grand location on the Destin beachfront. MANY OF OUR GUESTS COME BACK EACH YEAR AND TELL US THAT WE HAVE THE NICEST UNIT IN THE BUILDING!
Golf, Shopping and Dining is not far from the Majestic Sun. You can choose to golf within the resort at reasonable rates or try other Destin courses. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is located less than a half mile away; Destin Commons within 2 miles and many eclectic stores between. Destin also features numerous gourmet and quality fine and casual restaurants within 3 miles.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
