Apartment located on a safe quiet street with a 24 hour doorman. Two and a half blocks to the Beach and fabulous nightlife. Walking distance to Rio Sul Shopping Center.
The apartment has Central Air Conditioning in Living Area and separate air conditioners in each bedroom. The apartment is equipped with paddle fans throughout if you prefer. Includes daily maid service. Monday through Friday (and weekends if you really need it). Furnished very nicely including good clean mattresses and amenities you do not find normally such as a commercial juice machine. Water purifier is changed fastidiously as the apartment is extremely well maintained. If you work or play on the internet, there is a desk with Broad band internet connection. There are safes in each bedroom for additional security.
Airport pick-up and departure service can be arranged as well as tours of Sugarloaf, Corcovado, Hang-gliding, Tirolesa (decending down a wire in a harness), Tijuca Forest, Nightclub shows, Centro, Maracana, etcetera etcetera. Once you arrive at the apartment, if and when you want, we will give you a little walk-about to "locate you" so you can see the good area restaurants, clubs, beach, etc.
This is the straight forward deal... Everyone loves it and returns!! In fact, once people have stayed here, they will not stay in other places... toll free number.

This apartment made our vacation. The owner, David lives upstairs and is a world of information and helped us with everything we needed. Everything works in the apartment (which is not the norm in most Rio apartments), and quite frankly, I would not stay anyplace else after a great stay. David has a staff of people that are competant and very helpful and work at rioapartmentrental. If you book with them, you will have a great trip!!!
