Beachgoing made easy...... Amazing oceanfront condo rests above a long, sweeping lawn that runs down to Ponte Vedra's most natural and private beach. This downstairs unit is just steps away from fine dining and 2 heated pools at the newly renovated Sawgrass Beach Club.
This condo was fully renovated in 2010. It has a brand new kitchen, bath, travertine floors, new ceiling and walls.
Temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club is available and must be negotiated with the Club Membership Office directly.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. There is a day bed with trundle (sleeps 2) and a pull-out couch in the livingroom. The sheltered patio has a gas grill and a seating area with cushioned chairs and a love seat.

All you need is your clothes and toiletries. This unit was well equipped for any beach activity except sailing.

Thanks to Lindsey for saving our winter break! My daughter's passport had expired as we learned at last minute for our week planned in Atlantis! We scrambled to come up with an alternative and found this lovely condo in Ponte Vedra. It is well stocked, convenient and a wonderful home away from home. I highly reccommend it for those who want a quiet place in the bubble in paradise!

Just got back from our stay at this condo. What a treat! VERY UPDATED condo with everything you need for comfort and convenience, and the easy walk to a virtually private beach was what sealed the deal for us. We will definitely be back!!!

Just want to say thank you so much for making our Florida vacation the BEST ever!! We loved your condo; very roomy, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed!!! Loved the porch view of the ocean and the easy access to our private beach. The most serene and relaxing week at a place in our 25 years of vacationing!!!! Will definately be back!
