Duplex for rent for dream vacations in St Martin (French West Indies), 5 min from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean (Orient Bay), in a gated community full of trees, by the large pool, in a tropical garden. You will find a 60sqm apartment with A/C, which can accommodate up to 4/5 persons. You will find in the ground floor a living room (with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, WiFi), a dining room, a kitchen area, storage cupboards and a bathroom (open shower, wash basin and WC). In the Mezzanine, you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed. The dining room opens onto a large private terrace with garden furniture for 4 persons. A small gate give access to the garden and the pool. We have several duplex with the same layout. Some overlook the pool and some are more to the side.
1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 cot, 1 sofa bed.
The apartment can accommodate 4 persons : in the Mezzanine bedroom, which is spacious, bright and has a queen size bed (160), plus one additional person or baby (baby cot or additional bed available upon request); in the ground floor, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 persons.

Around the pool there are sun loungers at your disposal. You will find a West-Indian kiosk in the shade.

Beach towels are provided.
Baby equipment available upon request (cot, stroller, high chair, etc.).

The apartment is in a nice 8 apartments community. The Shamrock, newly renovated, is located in the park of the Orient Bay, within 3 min from the fantastic Orient Bay beach with its restaurants, its shops and its water activities (jet ski, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, tubing, swimming, diving...), 5 min from Anse Marcel and from Galion beach.
A few minutes away you will find Grand-Case (domestic airport), a typical sea village known for its gastronomy and its night-life.
Marigot, main city of the French part of the island, is only 20 min away.
All amenities (grocery shop, supermarket, gas station, post office, bank, pharmacy, etc.) are very close to the residence.
