Beach has body surfing but no boardsurfing due to breakwater. Ocean area heavily used by kite surfers and windsurfers. Bay is great for young children due to clean sand and absence of surf. Unit is one block from Alamitos Bay Yacht Club and Marina.
30 minute ride to Orange County Airport and Disneyland. 40 minute ride to LAX and Hollywood.
