This smoke-free house is 6000 square feet plus a full basement. Each room has soaring 12' ceilings. Now a fully restored Traditional Victorian home in a quiet country setting, it began as a three-story brick schoolhouse in 1906
Enter through the double glass doors on the first floor and you will enter an enormous Great Room, which measures 31' x 38' with 12' ceilings. The great room hosts a large-screen 42" plasma TV, VCR, stereo system, 2 full sized couchs, 2 love seats, 4 queen Victoria style chairs and plenty of open room. Off of the great room is a formal dining room with seating for 8. The first floor also has a full size kitchen, bathroom as well as a washer and dryer.
Proceeding up the oversized stairway to the 2nd floor, you will enter through a single glass door, which leads to 4 large and spacious bedrooms, each with a full private bath. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, the remaining two each have 2 queen sized beds as well as an additional single bed in an attached wing.
Lastly, the third-floor Bell Tower Suite features a private bedroom within the suite, two love seats, a couch that folds into a queen sized bed, 2 full baths, a wall mounted 42" plasma TV, a dining area and full kitchen.
The backyard deck overlooks colorful flower gardens and farm fields.
This is an ideal home for scrapbooking parties, family reunions, weddings, church retreats, only to mention a few!
