This beautifully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is right on the "King's" Golf Course (in a quiet corner of the complex) with stunning mountain views from the private lanai. The living area is light and open and features a convertible sofa, reclining chair, stereo, TV with DVD/VCR, beautiful island art and decor.

RECENTLY UPGRADED CABLE (Digital Video Record) AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET! The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need: coffee grinder, brewer and mugs, blender, pots and pans, wine glasses, full service for eight (dishes), silverware, plastic ware, microwave, electric range, refrigerator (ice maker/water in door), bar stools, and granite counters.

The dining area features a beautiful glass table with cushioned, high back chairs and a buffet table. The guest bedroom features a large closet with mirrored sliding doors. The guest bathroom is spacious and one step away. The master suite is self contained with a large attached bathroom with separate tub and shower, enclosed toilet, walk-in closet TV with DVD/VCR.

Just steps away is a fitness area equipped with TV. Also, a beautiful "Infinity Edge" pool with hot tub, lap lane, and a gas grill nearby. Across the picturesque pond, take the garden path to world-class shopping and dining featuring Roy's and Merriman's restaurants and Louis Viton designer hand bags. Also, see the brand new "Queen's" shops right across the street!

The beach is less than a five-minute walk. You will find an "activity shack" for whale watching tours, boating, snorkeling, beach toy rentals, and more. Visit the nearby Hilton for five-star dining, shopping, and sunset ocean views. Take a boat or trolley ride through the property, explore island artifacts and play with dolphins at the "Dolphin Encounter" exhibit.

The world's best sport fishing from marina's to the north and south just minutes away. Helicopter tours of the volcano and lush valleys and coastline just two minutes away. All terrain vehicle tours, submarine tours, dinner cruises, historic national and Hawaii state parks and beaches. My favorite: night scuba diving with a dozen very large manta rays... breathtaking!

  • We loved it. All the ladies enjoyed coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course each morning and any time during the day. Did most of my reading out there. Great golfing, close to the ocean and other activities, shops and restaurants. Nice place to stay to visit the island.

  • We were very happy with the villa. We stayed there with our two young boys, and the location on the golf course provided them with ample amusement. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as we would have expected. The location was great for us - a short walk to shops and the beach. We would certainly book again if we had the opportunity to revisit Big Island. Highly recommended. VRBO rocks!

  • We stayed at Fairway Villa the first of January, 2007. What a great way to start the year! On that trip, we stayed at several places all over the island, everything from a B&B to the Sheraton Keauhou. But we definitely saved the best for last. This property is quiet, relaxing and convenient. Also, Scott was most helpful as we put our trip together. We would definitely come back.

  • My family and I enjoyed the condo immensely. Breakfast wass pleasent on the lanai, which overlooked the golf course. Beachs, shops, restaurants, golf, pools, etc. were all in walking distance.

  • Scott & April: Our family reunion far exceeded our expectations! The condo was fantastic, the golfers were a real people watching experience and so many of them made us laugh for hours afterwards. Our cousins were in a a condo a few buildings down, actually the lst T and they would call and let us know when a really funny group was playing. The turtles made our whole vacation worthwhile, however, we did a lot of traveling to every place on the island (1475 miles to be exact). We may be returning again if not this year, next year for sure. Again thank you.
